This kettle is not heating water.

Floor manager behaved badly just for asking to increase the billing heads.

I have been to Vishal mega mart burhanpur which is in tulsi mall. Their was no staff to attend so I asked a team member he says that we have less staff coz one of our staff is getting marry so everyone is been their. Also at the time of billing their was no bar code on the product. So I gave them bar code coz a day before I have taken the same product. One gentleman helped. If you have less staff why your store is open. Please check

I visited vishal mega Mart near me at shiv vihar mostly I visited your store placed at durgapuri since last 5 years.. But from today incident I will be never visited your any store also say no to others, my friends and relatives to visit your store only due to misbehave done by your billing counter employees.
Please check once the camera of dated[protected]. At around 4.00 pm. Your billing employee .
If your employees said that any mistake done by me .please let me 'now .

I have purchased the Tandem hand blender (Serial No:- [protected]) costing RS. 699 /- on Dec 20th 2020 19:42:[protected]Rakesh) from Vishal Mega Mart Jagadhri SHREE JEE COMPLEX CIVIL LINES NEAR TOWN HALL JAGADHRI PIN 135003 HARYANA GST 06AAICA7614B1Z2 Under bill no:[protected] Counter no:-8.

The product had a manufacturing defect. Which could be seen clearly. But after billing, the store manager of Mega Mart refused to change it saying that you have damaged the tandem hand blender. The problem is not that he did not change my product, he simply refused to entertain me. I tried very hard to explain it to him but categorically refused and he said my product was right, you have broken it. And he started arguing with me. And I felt cheated myself.I left that product in the huge Vishal Mega Mart, I cannot accept such a poor quality product.

I also told him that if there is no issue in your product, then we check a new seal pack of the same product. If it is correct, I will admit that I have spoiled this product. But when I checked the same product, it also had the same defect. After which the customers around me also became in my favor.

Since last four years I am regular customer of Vishal Mega Mart. Being such a great company and not expecting such bad quality product & Attitude from vishal mega Mart. My entire family currently Shopping from Vishal Mega Mart but i am sorry to say due to this incident we completely loss our faith in Vishal Mega Mart. How should I recommend Vishal Mega Mart to my friends. Its My Humble request to you kindly take this matter seriously.

NOTE:- The Behaviour of Store Manager is Very Rude.

We have been shopping from Vishal Mega Mart for last 2 years but today I have come across a very bad experience from your staff which is not acceptable at all.

Location: Vishal Mega Mart, Vasundhara sector 3 branch, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.

I visited Vishal Mega Mart in the evening and checked out that there was an offer of 50% off on Real Juice, he thought of purchasing it. When he went to the billing counter to bill the product your representative informed us this product doesn't have the offer, let me check another product and then ultimately said none of the products were under offer when there was 50% mentioned on the product. When I complained about why they have put this offer, to this your floor manager "Pradeep Mishra" tore the 50% off sticker in front of all staff members and customers and specifically said "Jo ukhadna hai ukhad le" is this the language used for your customers?? there is no decency at all the way. This is not the 1st time but the 2nd time this thing has happened.
We have realised that there are so many complaints regarding your staff in consumer forums. You need to take a strict action against this act and behavior.

I will be waiting for your reply or else FSSAI has to take strict action against Vishal Mega Mart as this is too much.

Staff cashier has no manners behave rudely

I have purchased material of 5720 from vishal mega mart ambala cant on[protected], , , today I approached for return because of lower quality of one product but staff members miss behave with me, I have price that product and bill.. They talked me, , , we were not give any invitation for puchsaing

I was having a look at N95 mask at your store in Saharsa, Bihar. One of the packet was already torn then your staff came and started abusing and said we don't have better quality mask and I can purchase elsewhere. He was saying Jungle me sab jungli sab hi hai. This incident took place between 2:45 pm to 3 PM on 21st December near the counter you have at Exit gate. kindly look into it. This sort of behaviour is not expected.

I want to exchange a Staterniory product but the authority told it will not be Exachnaged . My purchase date was 8 December 2020 and my bill no. Is[protected], counter no. 9 at purab bazar saharsa bihar, pin -852201. Very poor and rude service provided by the staff of vishal mega mart saharsa. My item was luxor assorted combo pack and code was [protected]....

Tandem immersion Rod not working

I bought gyser[protected] bill no[protected] .this is not working .I request you to take action against my complain and send mechanic to solve the problem,

I'm submitting this based on my previous 3, 4 visits to the store. The sale representatives are really really worst in their behaviour. They don't even respond to questions regarding products where is this product kept or where are other types. Like they don't give any respect or importance to theri customers. It's really humiliating for customers and obviously a big loss to the company in terms of loosing the trust. . Seriously, I'm done visiting the store

Today I Mob. No. [protected] have made shopping at Vishal Mega Mart Saharanpur and firstly made payment through UPI app Dakpay for which amount was deducted from my account but the person at counter stated that he has not received payment and asked to do payment again and said that your amount will get refunded than I had made payment again through Googlepay.
But still I am not received refund of my payment made through Dakpay app. Please look into the matter as both the transactions are shown successful and arrange to refund amount of one of my transaction back.

Please make Your staff to behave like human not animal..

Pleast say all of your worker to treat everyone as a costomer not an enemy😡

Bill No.[protected]. On 8dec.2020.This electric kettle was not working after few days . They told me about service centre is in muzaffarpur. So send me service centre contact number or replace it.

Returned product in kasavanalli branch Bangalore 560035, the product is damaged Electric rice cooker we returned on 22nd November but still no response from management kindly help me to get my product as soon as possible.please arrange call back to below contact number .
