Sir the product was purchased with an idea that the cooker covers would fit inside the pressure cooker and not from outside, because we already had the one with outer covers lid.
We wanted to purchase a set of pressure cooker which could fit it's cover from inside.
With this request we approached the manager on date 26 july 20, that the product may be exchanged/ returned with a set of cookers which has a cover to lock from inside. And if not available we were ready to accommodate with the purchase of single tandem pressure cooker as well

But our request were not handled with prudently and we're refused any assistance.

You are requested to explain the reason for the same and exchange or refund my bill at the earliest.

Disgusting behavior of female guard.. I buy some kurties of that store and after that i paid bills, after that i show my bills to guard and she dropped my bills and asking to me for bill again.. And saying i didn't pay my bills, than i raised my bill again and gave her.. I m so much feel bad for that moment..

I was gifted Vishal Gift Vouchers value of Rs.4000.00 from my Office in a official program in the month of October/November 2019. It was mentioned in the coupon that validity is 3 months, but most of the coupons were without any seal and signature of vishal representatives.

In the month of January end i went to Vishal and selected some items and while payment through gift vouchers the sales parson told that the coupons validity expired.(Total value Rs. 1400.00)

Accordingly i requested vishal Manager thrice till now and they agreed to change the same but till date they didnt change it.

As the vouchers were sold without date i missed out the expiry date for which customer shoul not make suffer.

Once again i request to please take immediate action and change the coupons of value Rs. 1400.00

I visit vishal mega mart sangrur. I exchange size of clothes of new born baby. Guard says us to selected same price clothes. We selected but billing department says us that no exchange after 15 days... We felt very sad. If possible, plz help us for exchange... Mob [protected]...

I have purchased a tandem immersion rod of 1000 w from vishal megha mart dibrugarh, assam on 21 december 2019. Which have warrenty of one+one year. Now the emersion rod is not working. And i didn't find any tandem service center in dibrugarh. So please provide the solution how i can get the rod repaired under warrenty. Please do the the needful at the earliest.

I purchased tandem gas stove from vaishali nagar vishal mega mart and this is in 1 year of warranty period still but when i was cooking chapatis on it suddenly top glass had been cracked please replace it

Vishal mart situated in jorhat assam is in worst condition. There is no support from the staff lack of hospitality and even i have to wait 4 1 hour due to no electricity

The offer was given that on shopping if 5000 rupees vishal mega mart, udaipur was going to give steam iron as gift. We shopped for 15000 rs but the people did not give the irons. Instead they gave us small packaged food packets which would not even be 300 rs worth. I request the officials to take action against this and give what the offer was going to give as gift

Hey i am veena i am regular customer of vishal mega mart last week i buy a pressure cooker from vishal mega mart but safety valve has been removed so please send someone to prepare it as soon as possible
