Thank you for bringing this into notice.

We are pleased to inform you that we have customer friendly return policy, under which return / exchange within 15 days with original Invoice / Bill, Original Packing and accessories, if any can be made at any store of Vishal Mega Mart across the country on all days during 10 AM to 10PM.

It is advisable to keep the brand tag intact and product unused and non-altered condition as return are not acceptable in these condition.

Please be informed return / exchange will not be allowed on below items.

1. Under garments and personal care products for the reason of health and hygiene.
2. Loose staples & other food otems with the exception of quality issues.
3. Any electrical & electronics and General Merchandise shall not be accepted on the ground of look & feel or usability or once warranty card filled.

In case you misplaced your shopping bill, kindly share registered mobile number with Customer Service Desk executive along with the date of purchase. So, that executive may retrieve your billing details.

Note :- Obtaining billing details with the help of your registered mobile may lead some delay in process. So, please bear with us for the inconvenience and delay.

Where as the matter of misbehave/ unprofessional behavior by our staff is concern, we ensure you that we shall take this up with concern department and get this addressed.

We (Vishal Mega Mart) as responsible organization have been following the guidelines of local authority and in the way we have installed soap and water tap at various store being it is believed that soaps are more effective in killing germs and we believe that non of a responsible citizen would have any complain with it.

Where as suggestion keep a considerable distance with your co-visitors are being appreciated by most of our frequent visitors and hardly anyone took it as offensive.

You would agree that even if an organization's doesn't ask to do so, we shall do it as our social responsibility.
