I just shop groceries from vishal mega mart sector 23 sanjay nagar ghaziabad branch for worth 1662.90, i paid same amount through google pay and team said we haven't received yet than he asked to pay by paytm. I paid again as he asked same amount 1662.90 through paytm. Both transactions has been successful and it has been debited from my account twice i asked team leader it has been already debit so why you haven't informed me and asked again through paytm. Then instead of helping he sd "meri headache nhi h, chalo nikal." i was shocked and asked him to talk politely as i was talking to him. I really get hurt it's a worst team leader i have seen who doesn't know how to deal with customer and specially when he was guilty to charge my payment twice. I want my money back and kindly take action against him other wise i need to inform police because due to this terrible time already i am sort by money and he over charged 1662.90 inr. Today was my last shopping with vishal mega mart. I had worst experience with this guy who misbehaved with me. I felt so hurtful and disrespectful and it's a harrassment.

I placed an order of ashirvad atta at vishal mega mart bathinda through swiggy, and paid amont online under order no.[protected] as the same was displayed in list of available items. But the same was not supplied by the mart as mart intimated that item is out of stock. It is surprised if item was not available why the same was displayed. Due to non supply of item i was bound to cancell my order, if any amount is deducted by swiggy same will be bearable by vishal mega mart.

I love shopping at vishal mega mart it's one shop destination & value for money products.

I bought a mixer grinder 4 months back and the product warranty is for 2 years.
I visited store for a exchange process coz the product is under warranty.
They had suggested me to talk to the brand tandem this is sounding sad for me.
I believe in vishal not other brands who is under you.

Please help me resolve this issue.

An incorrect billing was done by Vishal Mega Mart Kaushambi branch and they are not even refunding my amount. Every time they say it will be done or send me to a different contact from last 4 months.

Please help me in this.

Seal is broken of the juice bought from here. I had bought Tropicana juice litchi and apple both have their seal broken. Also they taste diluted. I had ordered it from swiggy groceries.

I purchased some articles from Vishal megha mart, Madhubani complex, Kanth road Moradabad on 14 April 2020 via bill no[protected].

I have to make following 2 complaints :

1. Wrong Billing done for Everest Dhania Powder (copy of bill and photo of the Everest Dhania powder wrapper enclosed). The difference is only Rs 2 (two) but question is why it is charged more.
This kind of problem i also faced in your Dehradun branch also. Means mistakes or deliberate mistakes are being repeated in your organization.

2. While making the payment i requested to redeem my Loyalty point 87 in numbers which are going to expire on 30.04.2020 but same was denied by the counter person on the pretext that server is not working.

This kind of behavior in highly objectionable.

Kindly resolve the both issues at the earliest.

We purchased "tandem" three burner gas stove model no. Tg36152g with serial no. T3b[protected] from vishal mega mart, bhiwadi rajasthan as on 02.08.2019 with mobile no.[protected]

As on 06.04.2020 during cooking suddenly gas stove upper glass heated and cracked and glass pieces shattered every where in the kitchen for god grace no one injured. Picture attached for your reference.

We don't need any replacement, we need 100% money back because we don't use such type of dangerous product that have threat to life of human.

I have not recieved complete items as per the purchased bill items. Also they have not provided any active store contact number for assistance. Kindly provide active mobile and land line number of dewas store. Also provide a mail address.

I have bought items from Vishal Megamart-Mahavir Enclave today.
After buying items from Vishal Megamart when I reached home, I checked and found that the biller in Counter no.7 named Punit mentioned in Invoicr has charged me an extra item i.e. Men casual belt of RS. 399 which I not bought at all.

I request you to take appropriate actions. These kind of activities are cheating consumers and making fool of them.

All items are buy one get one free which is given at the time of purchase more than rs 5000,
Home ninja floor cleaner =99.00
Home ninja hand wash. = 54.00
Home ninja dishwash gel = 110.00
Home ninja toilet cleaner. =. 80.00
Total = 343 but counted it as 777.00.
Vishal mega mart staff is replying that you may raise complain to vishal mega mart and also saying that you are purchasing from here with your own wish, we don't call you.in that way you are cheating your customers because if you are giving rs 343 worth item then why say get worth rs 777 on purchasing rs 5000 from vishal mega mart.

निवेदन है कि मैने 26 जनवरी 2020 को एक टॅंडम कंपनी का तीन बर्नर का गेस स्टोव श्रीगंगानगर के विशाल मेघा मार्ट से लिया था ! जो पहले दिन से ही बर्तन काले करता था ओर धुआ देता था ! जिसकी पहली सूचना मैंने कंपनी दी ओर आपके दवारा भेजे गये मकेनिक ने गॅस स्टोव को पूरा खोल के सॉफ सफाई कर दी ओर कहा की अब ये बर्तन काले नही करेगा ! परन्तु समस्या जयो की त्यो बनी रही ! दूसरी बार शिकायत दर्ज करने पर वही मेकेनिक दोबारा आया ओर फिर से पूरा गॅस स्टोव खोल के सॉफ सफाई कर गया ओर कह गया की अब दोबारा से बर्तन काले नही करेगा ! परन्तु इस बार भी समस्या जयो की त्यो बनी रही !

अब मैने तीसरी बार दिनाक 7 मार्च 2020 को शिकायत दर्ज कराई जिसका न- एस डी पी[protected] है ! पर आज दिनाक 13 मार्च 2020 तक कोई मेकेनिक या कंपनी का कोई आदमी नही आया ओर जिसके कारण हमारे सभी बर्तन जो गॅस स्टोव पर यूज होते है काले हो गये है ! कंपनी के इस प्रॉडक्ट से ओर कंपनी की सेवा से मैं पूरण रूप से असंतुष्ट हू !

यह गॅस स्टोव कुछ ही दिनो मैं दो बार पूरा खुल चुका है इसकी समस्या ठीक नही हो रही है मैं आपसे अंतिम बार प्रार्थना करता हू की या तो पूरा गॅस स्टोव मुझे बदल कर दिया जाए या इसके पूरे पैसे वापिस किए जाए नही तो मुझे मजबूर होकर उपभोकता कोर्ट का सहारा लेना पड़ेगा !

This is debasis raj parida, bought some items at your vishal mega mart, baripada on 9th december of ₹534. At the time of payment i told the cash counter attendant/executive that i would like to pay it through qr code and i request him to show me the qr code. I paid the amount ₹534 through my google pay account. Amount deducted from my bank account but the cash counter executive said to me that the transaction has been failed....

I visited the vishal mega mart store, sec 5 panchkula on 12th march, 2020. I purchased few items which included kids clothes, juices and grocery items too and it was not possible to carry all these stuffs in one go so i asked the billing counter to provide me bag however they charged me rs 14 extra to provide that carry bag.

Isn't it illegal as per the new rules set by court in 2018??

Any store/shops have to provide the carry bag without any additional cost to carry the purchased items.

So my question is why vishal mega mart now has charged me for the same?

If the rules are not changed after the 2018 advisory set by court and if its illegal, then why they are into this practice, why they are harassing the consumers?

Today i.e. on 12 March 2020 I went to Vishal Mega Mart, Haldwani for shopping. I was informed by employees of Vishal Mega Mart that i will get free gift worth Rs. 777 if i shop for products costing Rs 5000 but on purchasing products more than Rs 5000 i was given gift worth Rs 677 only which were 2 hime ninja toilet cleaner (Rs 80), 2 home ninja floor cleaner (Rs 99), 2 home ninja dish washer (Rs 110), 1 home ninja handwash (Rs99) and the...

My name swati sajwan my phone no is [protected] yesterday i went to buy some clothes at the vishal mega mart store, rajnagar extension ghaziabad, vvip mall, where i went to try the dress in the trial room where i took off my dress and put it on the hangar and tried on the new dress. The dress i was wearing fell from the hangar and a scanning chip of vishal was stuck in it, which i had no idea about. When gaurd checked, nothing came out because there was nothing. When i came out and heard the sound in the machine again, i too was surprised that this was happening due to the negligence of vishal's employees. The lady guard was abusing me and i was being insulted in front of everyone, the rest of the customers were also watching me as if i was a criminal. I have never felt so embarrassed till date. I was crying. None of vishal's staff was there to help me, while many of them would know that his negligence resulted

It is very disappointing that the behaviour of staffs of vishal mega mart, market building, bhubaneswar was very rude. I selected four items for trial and stood out side the trial room. One lady was standing outside the trial room for checking. About 3-4 people were standing in front of me. It was written on the notice that three items are allowed for trial at once. But the lady standing there told me that only two items are allowed. So i asked her to 1st allow me to try two items and after that another two. But after trying two items when i came out for taking another two items for trying, she refused and asked me to come in queue once again, where another 5-6 people were standing for trial.

First of all there should not be a lady staff outside the gents trial room.

Secondly there were two trial room present. But one trial room was locked without any reason.

Thirdly it is very harrashing to stand in a queue twice without any reason.

After that i went for billing and asked them if a person has to come in a queue twice. But they did not took any action for that.

I bought tendam home theatre speaker 2.1 from vishal mega mart sector bhagalpur, bihar on 5march 2019. It is not working from last 6months. I had complaint at vishal store at bhagalpur, they told me compliant on line but the toll free no is not reachable or busy so i m writing this complaint for repaire or replacement of my 4.1 speaker asi have the warranty card of this item. I have purchased from vishal mega mart paltan bazar guwahati yeasterday. But they have charged me for carry bags but they did not add the carry bag charge in my shopping bill. When i enquired about it they did not gave me the proper information. As there are so many customer used to shop in that mall they are cheating with huge tax amount every day as there are no record for those charges.
