    I bought a sports water bottle at vishalmart located at mancherial when i came back to home i noticed the bottle had damaged one.. How will i replaced the bottle it cost 200rs.. If you ignore this message i recommend all my buddies never trust vishalmarts. Please don't place damaged items in your marts it hurts customer a lot this turns negative tinking about your marts

      I have purchased tandom company iron on august 2017 with 2+1 years warranty but that was detected within a years... Which is replaced in vishal mega mart in jaipur on january 2019 but the same is also defected as it stop working while changing temperature at the time of doing iron...
      Please provide me iron of another company or return me the amount of same...

        I have taken 2 jeans and they are buy 1 get 1 free but on bill they charge me for both the jeans. Afterward when i saw there mistake they have allowed me to wait for about 30 min. After that they retured my amount.
        There is almost 900 rs difference in the actual bill and the bill they have made.
        If i have not taken the care then it would cost me 900 rs.
        We belive in you that dosent mean u will cheat on us.
        There is every type of person in the supermarket who can read and cannot read such a mistake is intolerable.
        I think they take extra money on the bill and keep in there poket and i think manager is also involved in this.

        Time:-9:00 pm
        Tandem mixer has stopped working in a months time.no physical damage but it just doesnt come on.very bad experience

          This evening while i was making queue for my payments. And it was long time since i was waiting
          Some people would just come in the middle and start making payments. Amd she was letting it happen. Breaking the queue. And when i complaint it was such a rude behaviour i recieved.
          And the counter girl started making rude comments.
          Very bad customer conduct is happening. She dint even add my number for my purchase.. I think you should take a serious note on this. Atleast we dont come to your store for rwcieving bad behaviour.

                I bought engage body spray from vishal mega mart faridabad 2 on 22.04.2019. I want to exchange that product and buy another body spray of same price. As i was in impression that it is on discounted price but it was not.
                The salesman refused to exchange that product. Although it was not even opened.
                I am a regular customer of vishal mega mart. This sort of attitude is not working at this level.
                Staff behaviour is very aggressive

                    Customer representative at dwarka sec 7 branch (Delhi) is very in his behaviour. We asked to show us the cloth with the lesser price he insisted to go for the higher option and misbehaved.
                    This is really bad behaviour. Appropriate action must be taken against the staff. It is expected from the staff to help the customer with their requirement. Disappointed with the service
                    Charged 14 rupees for carry bag which is not legal I already mentioned there bt staff nt understand that, why would I promote ur brand when the court has already said that u can't charge for carry bag. I want my 14 rupees back.

                      Yesterday, i have purchased some items from your rajouri garden centre. During payment, they have given me a carrying bag and charged ₹14 for that and also there is an advertisement printed on the handle of bag. Now, i want to know that if i have paid for the carrying bag then why i advertise for your brand? This is the same case as happened with bata india in which chandigarh consumer forum had penalised bata for the same thing.
                      I have told this thing to your staff but he didn't give any response regarding that.

                      Therefore, i demand 4 things from your side:

                      1. I want to know the reason, why i advertise for your company after paying the amount for carrying bag?

                      2. I want my ₹14 back.

                      3. From next time every vishal mega mart customer get carry bag without any brand name or if you print your brand name then provide it free of cost.

                      4. Written apology letter from vishal mega mart for my mental harrassment.

                        Sir i bought a mop 3 months back and they gave me a warrenty card for one year and that mop is not working now. I have visited in v mart 3times and they are not giving me satisfied answer for the same. And after that they said that they have sent an email. All the time they said me the same thing. Now i am fed up with this please resolve my problem otherwise have to go to consumer court

                          Dear Sir,
                          I'm resident of Meerut and a regular customer of Vishal mega mart. Your centre near samrat heavens, was nearby centre where I generally visit. But from last few months this centre becomes very much disorganized.
                          When this centre was started your kitchen section was at around floor and men's clothing section was at first floor. Generally in kitchen section female customers visit to purchase kitchen materials such as atta and all. Now this section becomes shifted to 1st floor and it becomes hard to purchase kitchen materials now because no lift facility is there in this centre.
                          One more thing which i want to discuss is that in man's clothing section two trial rooms are there and now only one is functioning. Other room is now becomes store room. I took photos of this centre but photo files àre too large.
                          So i want kindly look after the matter seriously.

                            Yesterday i went vishal megamart kota, with my son (5 years). I bought a rc car for him, and said to check that car (Its working or not) to one employee named sooraj, after open all packaging he told me to bring some battries. I told him that i will purchase battries but i[censored] have some used battries pls check the car or bring some new battries for me, i will pay for it. But he told u have to go and get battries. He told me that on top floor u will find battries. I left my son with that employee (Sooraj) and told him that i m just coming, u take care of him some minutes. On top floor no body was coperating to fing simple battries. And when i couldnt find them i came to counter, there only that sooraj was sitting. My son was not there, i asked him about my son but he ignored me and said i dont know. I told him to find my son in store and help me, but he didnt help and ignored all the situation. After all with the help of some customers i found my son on other first floor, but the attitude and behaviour of the was not good. Neither that sooraj nor other employees helps the customers... I noticed it many times. Pls do needful... So that these employees do their job in right way.

                                Hi sir/madam,
                                I would like to inform you that on 8 april i visit your place near dwarka sec 7 delhi where i usually go for shopping. After buying a number of things i stand around 30 minutes in queue to pay the bills and after that i go to home. Nobody check and confirm all purchased items.
                                At home i found 1 t shirt is not put your billing staff in carry bag. I went to store again and ask your a few member to find out my item. But nobody help me out and ask me to come tomorrow because all extra items has been replaced from here.
                                What a shame on your staff when they told me it's free item on buy 3 get 1 offer.

                                I ask your team member how can i get it back then they told me it's not possible to find out. I called to branch manager of that branch after that your staff ask me to come tomorrow because they will check cctv image at night.
                                Things are not clear here.
                                I am totally shocked to heard that they refused to note my complaint and how they can find out without taking bar code or counter number.
                                I think your staff has super natural power and it's very easy to find out things for them.
                                But next day they did not help me and ask me to find my things from where i got it y'day. But today all items were replaced.
                                I met your staff again but they said sir it's free item which you get but 3 get 1 offer. Kindly forget it.
                                I really proud vishal mega mart that they are doing such shameless activity.
                                They don't want to give it back is another thing. Vishal brand may be very rich to put mt t shirt but i just want to confirm on which behalf they told me they can find out.
                                1. Without noting my complaint
                                2. Without checking bill items
                                3. Without taking purchase list
                                4. Without asking me billing counter number

                                Great heartiest thanks to vishal because you lost your regular customer not me all known person whom i shared my story.

                                  Today 7/4/2019 i visited the vishal mega mart to purchase shots for me i was just looking for the shorts in the mart when i asked the employ he misbehaved with me and told me that size is not available but i find the size and show it to him then he used very rough language i also give him the answer in the rough language and another employ also involved in the discussion and taking his side and behaved very rudely and use foul language with me and mentally harassed me. So i request you to take some action on them or i will go the police to complaint against them. I am waiting for your response.

                                    I purchased tandem mixer grinder a month ago. It stopped working last week.. Every day i am contacting their customer care support but no technician came to my home till now. Neither they are responding nor they are giving any contact number of technician. Worst service i ever experienced. When i reached the store, they told me to contact tendem customer care. Kindly refund my amount or change the product.. Highly unprofessionalism.
