I bought engage body spray from vishal mega mart faridabad 2 on 22.04.2019. I want to exchange that product and buy another body spray of same price. As i was in impression that it is on discounted price but it was not.
The salesman refused to exchange that product. Although it was not even opened.
I am a regular customer of vishal mega mart. This sort of attitude is not working at this level....

I purchase the white lagegies from vishal mega mart lakhimpur kheri .the product was damage n when I went to return they denied to return bill no[protected] Churidhar[protected] of pink almirah the Churidhar has big hole in it .ur staff behaviour is so rude.if my complain is nt resolve within 24 hr then I will definitely going to complain consumer forum.....

Customer representative at dwarka sec 7 branch (Delhi) is very in his behaviour. We asked to show us the cloth with the lesser price he insisted to go for the higher option and misbehaved.
This is really bad behaviour. Appropriate action must be taken against the staff. It is expected from the staff to help the customer with their requirement. Disappointed with the service...

I am your regular customer. I had been purchased tandem cooker 3 ltr of rs.1199.00 on 21 jan 19 but i hardly use it and it start giving me trouble from the day one so i return it on 13 march 19 (Return slip no.436862) since i was busy so i was not able to come early in your mall for returning the product. But the store manager said that you haven't use it properly so i can not return it.
