Dear sir,

I purchased eating staff worth 1000 rupees from vishal mega mart phagwara punjab, most of the packed items when i opened were smelling like the stock was very old out of the one namkeen packet when it was opend it has most dirty smell that i have even had in my life from the namkeen in my life. I thought to show it to the manager but they recused to return it and started misbehaving with me. It was the worst expirence i had in vishal megart. It is making fool of the customers. It seems that they are picking up the product from garbage and making it to look beautiful in there shop to attract customers. The worst retail outlet of the planet.

    SIR,

    This is to inform you that I have purchased a Safari Magnum trolley from the Vishal Mega Store on 12 December 2018 which covers 5 years International warranty. On my purchase I didn't inspected the Trolley thoroughly and i went out of station for 1 month when i came back I found that there was a sticker in the trolly with bar code upon it and the sticker came out a bit, but when i saw it closely it was pasted intentionally so that the hole or damaged side of the trolley gets hidden. When i enquired about this in the store they said bring back the trolley we'll exchange and when I took the trolley there they just simply said they are not responsible and they'll not return. On calling the incharge of their store he without even listening to me straight forward denied by saying 99% of our customers are happy its not a big deal to ignore rest 1%. So, I don't know who gives him such stats to be so confident about the 99% happy customers what I want my matter to be solved.
    So I want you to involve in this matter and try to resolve my query its been only 1 and half months, otherwise there would be no faith upon the consumer courts or any other complaint court by any consumer in the future.

        Please be noted that we purchase a tandem gas stove where some issue comes while used it
        . Also rasing conplaint but no one come to visit because your technician have there work schedule they wirk according to thdm instead to givd privileges to customer

        To day call to contact center some ons named manoj missbehave with me and said that this is your mistake that you purchases tandem product and now you need to follow company policy and in tandem customer care he is agent /supervisor /manager

        Tandem run his customer care without any manager or supervisor and disconnect the call

        I as a customs salute your company and also place call recording to social media that how tandem company cheated customer so no one purchase this company product

          On 13 dec 2018 i was doing an order at vishal mega mart online store. When i was placing order i did payment and the amount i need to pay was 299.50 rs. So i paid and amount got deducted from my bank account but order did not placed. And i did not receive any refund from vishal mega mart.
          So i request you to reverse my all money as soon as possible.
          I am giving you some information related to this issue below.

          I have contacted my bank regarding this issue they are asking me that the amount for both transactions got credited beneficiary bank but myvishal.com denied to accept this. Please help me to get my money back.

                Hii, my name is rahul mehdoriya. I am living in vijay nagar indore madhya pradesh, i bought grocery items from vishal mega mart located at mangal city vijay nagar circle scheme no. 54 a. B road indore madhya pradesh on the date of 26/jan/2019. The company charged more than mrp on "catch hing" 50gm whose mrp 75 inr and they charged 85 inr. When i came home i were just looking in the bill i found this cheating & fraud vice versa in bill by the company to the customers. However no one takes look in the bill when buy something from such a trusted departmental store. I bought 2 items of knoor soup of inr 10 each but they charged for 3 items for that i have no proof. But for the one product ' catch hing' i have all the images of bill and product please take a look a resolve my issue asap why company is charging more than mrp.

                  They issued a credit note of exchange instead of return and now not giving the product by saying that credit note is expired. H

                  There was a one month but due to some circumstances i could not go to get the product but it's my money they can't simply say that you cannot get the product because credit note expired.

                  I talked to the manager he is also saying he can't do anything.

                    In few words, i just wish to convey this message to the job seekers in the industry, never accept any offer to work with vishal mega mart, no body cares about employees in vishal, employees are treat like beggers and the management think that th u are doing favour to u by giving salary and most important of someone resigns, exit from the company is never easy, they won't give clearance or relieving easily,

                    In short, i have worked for 15 yrs in industry but this is the worst company to work for.

                    Pls think 4 times before opting to work with them, accept the offer if i can live without self respect.

                            We bought a winter jacket, from vishal mega mart civil line from Azamgarh.for my wife, When took home.Then the jacket became bigger.Then he had to return again.Had to buy again.But the person who bought it again became smaller.After that we sent my wife a huge Mega Mart, but she was humiliated there, And even after praying, the jacket was not returned, After that I had to go there too, I was also mistreated.Jacket was returned after somehow threatened to call a police.We are unhappy with the vast mega mart.We are forced to sue consumer forum and defamation.                               I did shopping from vishal mega mart, karol bagh, delhi on 1st january 2019. On january 7, 2019, i realised that the jacket was defected when i put my hands in the pocket. Having the tags intact, i decided to exchange the jacket purchased for ₹599 for a non-defected one. I went to the cash counter but i was denied for exchange or return.
                              It was told to me that the slip which was generated is not eligible to get my money back and was accused of falsely blaming the store. It is highly disappointing to experience something like this from a reputed store like the vishal mega mart.
                              I request you to solve my issue or else the faith of another loyal customer would be lost.

                                Sir,
                                I, Rajneesh Madhok, Advocate made purchase from Vishal Mega Mart, Handa City Center, Opp. Bus Stand Phagwara, the said multi-national store is defrauding the customers by over billing while issuing bills the evidences are being uploaded for your kind consideration.
                                1. I purchased grossery items from Vishal Mega Mart Phagwara II Handa City Center, Opp Bus Stand, G.T. Road, Phagwara Punjab on 4th July 2019 vide Cash Memo No/ Bill No.[protected] and the Bill got generated from Counter No. 01 by Sanjana Singh. The matter of great concern is that most o[censored]s don’t check the bills generated by such type of stores and the store operators dodge the customers by overbilling at the time of generation of bill.
                                2. Vishal Mega Mart the present subsidiary of TPG Capital Management and Shriram Group-- the multinational Group used to dodge the customers by overbilling so this Legal Notice is being served upon you that the accused will undergo imprisonment and will be ordered to pay fine in addition to it and in default the defaulter will have to undergo further imprisonment.
                                3. When the Offer Price has been shown in the Showroom as 102 OFF on Tata Tea Premium Tea. The Dealing Sales man on asking the price of the product he declared it is available at Rs 102 Off from the MRP. The MRP mentioned at the display counter is Rs 340/- The Salesman quoted Price of the product as Rs 238/- per Kg as per the display counter of Vishal Mega Mart on the Top floor of Grocery section.
                                4. As irregularities, misapproritation of funds, malpractice, overpricing and other irregularities are evident from the enclosed offer (Ex P-1) and the Bill raised by Vishal Mega Mart (Ex P-2), So the legal notice is being served upon you to please clarify your stand with regard to this complaint.
                                5. That by delivery of this notice you are requested to provide details that why the overbilling made at the time of generating Bill at Bill counter.
                                6. That Vishal Mega Mart is giving bad impression on the customers and making bad name in market. To run successful business it is always important to be truthful and transparent. The Price displayed on the window is different and at the counter usually the customers don’t check the bills and this way the Vishal Mega Mart is playing gimmicks with the customers to dodge them.
                                7. What the hell the service is this. The staff deputed at the Sale counters and cash counters have different tone in talking. If anybody questions about the day light robbery at Vishal Mega Mart then they have only one excuse that We can not speak against the management as we are getting salary from them, if we will speak openly then we will be kicked out of the job.
                                8. It is really awful that the Sales man and the cash counter staff has variance in their tone while talking and on questioning misbehave with the customers.
                                1. As per Essential Commodity Act the accused will be sentenced to undergo imprisonment, the details under Essential commodities act are reproduced hereunder:

                                9. 7. Penalties .[(1) If any person contravenes any order made under section 3,
                                (a) he shall be punishable,

                                (i) in the case of an order made with reference to clause (h) or clause (i) of sub-section (2) of that section, with imprisonment for a term which may extend to one year and shall also be liable to fine, and

                                (ii) in the case of any other order, with imprisonment for a term which shall not be less than three months but which may extend to seven years and shall also be liable to fine:]

                                [Provided that the Court may, for any adequate and special reasons to be mentioned in the judgment, impose a sentence of imprisonment for a term not less than three months;]
                                (b) any property in respect of which the order has been contravened shall be forfeited to the Government;

                                (c) any package, covering or receptacle in which the property is found and any animal, vehicle, vessel or other conveyance used in carrying the commodity shall, if the Court so orders, be forfeited to the Government.

                                  I’m Shail Shekhar Jha, reside at Badshashpur, Gurgaon and a frequent shopper of your Vishal Mega Mart located at Badshahpur, Gurgaon on Shona Road (Kh.No.95/13). Yesterday dated 24th Dec, I bought a Christmas Cap worth Rs.39 around 9:30 PM by giving my RTN as [protected]. Since it was late Night I thought I will get the complete santa dress set at your store but, since unfortunately it was not available hence I was constrained to buy only that santa cap. However, on the way to home I managed to buy the complete set of dress for my 4 year old son from the local market which includes coat, pent, cap, santa mask etc. (image attached) and he wore the same Today on Christmas.

                                  Today I returned to Vishal Mega mart Again to return that cap which was unused, properly packed with tag but, your arrogant staff Mr. Narendra bluntly denied to get it returned saying it can’t be returned.
                                  Now my question is very simple and straight that are you guys mentioning it anywhere or told me while buying that product that it cannot be returned and precisely on the bill it was clearly mentioned that “Return/Exchange will be accepted at any Vishal Mega Mart Store across India” (image attached). And to avoid any confusion here that this was a single product on this bill which I bought that Night hence there is no scope of saying that this statement was used to offer return/exchange on any other product.

                                  If this is the case then why arrogantly your staff Narendra is denying the return. Apart from this you guys seriously need to train your staff on customer handling and etiquettes to speak with a customer.

                                  Due to my frustration I left that product on that counter only along with the invoice and returned home.

                                  Clearly I would like to mention here that it’s not about that amount of Rs.39 which I paid but the way your staff deals and handle a customer is seriously rubbish and certainly not acceptable by any individual who has some self-respect. And, Vishal Mart need to specify the policy on what can be returned and what can’t be and customers should be clearly communicated before they buy that product.

                                    Janipur branch. The executive at billing counter showed unparliamentary behaviour and he did not adhere to the model code of conduct while dealing with us, removed his uniform and left the billing counter.
                                    I was waiting in the que for billing and when our turn came, some other lady just barged in for billing. I requested the vishal mart billing counter executive to tell them to come in que. Instead he misbehaved with us saying it is not his job and it is customers job and left the counter.
                                    I had purchased two pants but their fitting is not suitable so I have to exchange those pants.

                                      Dear sir, yesterday i visited vishal mega mart to buy some household essentials and when i asked the cashier to accept my coins he simply denied so i have decided to lodge a complaint against the company as government circulates the notice that all coins are valid but a small shopkeeper in my vicinity too denies to accept the coins what to do as a customer please take some immediate and necessary action against the problem or please take back the coins.
