SIR my name is Mohammad Rafeeq iam working in vishal mega mart in karimnagar branch...sir my Epf amount is allredy settled but iam not get the money transfer to my account..some day i called EPFO office frm Gurgoan one person is saying black mailing to he name is DEEPAK SHARMA Working at EPF office gurgaon and he saying 5000rs blackmailng to me..allredy 6000rs crediet in her account without my permission...

Good day,

I am saquib nawaz from rourkela odisha. I went to vishal mega mart near uditnagar rourkela for shopping. By mistakely i bought a packet of full bloom classic tea in place of lipton green tea. Another day i went to exchange and i asked to the cashier for exchange and it was not open full sealed. But he denied for exchange when i told him to call your manager. He said i will not call. Very rudely talking uneducated employee and cleary its showing in bill. You can exchange. I am very disappointed then again i bought a green tea. Not satisfy with the employee of vishal mega mart. I will not go again. Call me for more information [protected]

Purchased 2 Coke MRP 75 @20% Discount. However, I was denied the Discount and given 15%, therby cheating me the 5% discount. While asked they informed that from 5 pm to to 7 pm rate decreases to 15%. Thereafter again increases to 20%, where as nowhere it is written.

    I am a routine customer of vishal mega mart. I like to make shopping here. But, today, i have faced such embarrassing situation in this store that, your manager of nagpur outlet has no manners how to deal with the customer. Today, i complained a product (Chess board game) to exchange it but he said no. I told him i am not happy with this product please exchange it but he ignored my request and not well behaved and did not exchange my product so, i kept my product over the store as it is. And i purchased the product on same day and ask for exchange on same day then also he didn't consider my request to exchange of product. So kindly take action regarding this.

    The store of Shillong branch of Vishal Mega Mart is highly in need of maintenance. The odour inside and the mess of the stuff are not in good shape. Plastics and cartoon box are scattered. The odour inside is suffocating. The price is friendly though.

Your manager of bhagalpur outlet has no manners how to deal with the customer. Today, i complained about the bag to the manager but he ignored my complaint. There are other stores in the city also but the staff there always behave properly with the customer. Manager of your bhagalpur outlet is not eligible for his post

          On[protected] i went to vishal mega mart in pathankot, i asked from a sale man is this dress under promotion then sale man told yes this is under promotion and i take that dress and i go to cash counter, cashier not say anything just billed and when i see bill there is no discount, then after i told them pls take this dress and give my money back the they told we cannot give you money and service staff misbehaving with me. They told me you come tomorrow our md will resolve this issue.
          My question is what kind of service you provide to your customer?
          Issue in Free gift item as per your scheme of purchase Rs. 5000/-

          As per Free gift item name midi set of 3 pieces one piece bowl missing in packing but led is in box of missing bowl as per attached of images and I also attached of invoice copy.

            This to inform you that the security machine at the exit gate is not working and the staff seem to be ignorant about it. It was a humiliating experience as the machine beeped while i passed through it and i faced staff's rude behavior. Even when it was clear that it was a fault in their machine they didn't even apologize for their behavior. Place-allahabad (Prayagraj)

                Showroom manager blackmailing me about tag changed of jacket complaint against me in the police but they have no cctv footage and no other proofs infact they even not return the product to me which i bought they also asking money for closing the matter but i was innocent i also shared this with police please take some action against showroom manager and there junior staff for there fault and blaming on me
                I came across your jabalpur mart yesterday.Your staff behavior is ridiculous . They are absent during duty time. Hardly if i could find anyone he told me that 'Udhar dekh lo'

                  I am vishal regular customer & facing below mentioned problem from sometimes.
                  Many of the products / new lots are kept at shelf for selling without adding the products code/ bar code e. G. Today during billing vishal counter boy said this product i. E. Odopic shop code not include hence not for sale. For the same inform to incharge of vishal megamart dewas (M. P.) & he said that this product not sell still include in the system & due to lots of inventory we can't kept the products separately.
                  But this type of incidence is not the first, it is 5th time when i am facing this problem & also the same happens with other customer since 3 to 4 month. Due this our valuable time is kill for go to top floor & bring the other product for replaced. For this also logged the observation in the site visitor logbook.
                  So i requested that to take a necessary capa (Corrective & preventive action) to avoid such situation.

                      Hello, last week i purchased a towel from your store situated in mohali 5 phase worth of rs 200. Quality of your towel is so poor that on first time usage its lil lil parts stayed on body and on face which felt so badly to look. Very sad to use this kind of worst quality of your product... I want refund or change it with good quality towel else i will never purchase anything from your store and suggest everyone about same. Looking for your reply as soon as possible.

                        Myself agnideep sen. I am a customer of your store. I have a issue with your shop which is in uttarpara, near regent ganga.

                        Your staff behavior is very baad. They are worthless. Let i tell you that issue..

                        Today i am going to shopping in this concern. And i choose a set of borosil mrp worth rs. 399 and your concern give it to the customer in offer 99 only. We take 6 pack for our home purpose. When we go to the counter for billing some staff bounded our path and told that they are unable to give you this product, and said u can take 3 pack of this product and they literally take our trolly without our concern. If this is end of this story then i left the shop, but abruptly i saw that some of your staff take 3 or 4 pcs of this borosil set. This is not a manner of customer dealing. Is this the offers for customers or for staff??? Please take a strict step otherwise i will take some.

                          As vishal offers are running for free gifts on purchage of 5000, 10000, 15000, we also purchaged for that amount. But they didn't give us free gift and mentioned pending on bill. They said that they will provide when stock will available. But i'm following them from last 2 weeks and there is no response from their side. I purchage for such an large amount for that free gift only. Please do the needful.

                            Regular and esteemed customer of vishal mart.
                            Purchased tandem immersion rod last season oct 2017, manufacturing batch jul 2017. The same is covered under 2 year warranty but in 1 year time it has stopped working but due to non availibility of bill (1year old bill) or warranty card the mart at pristine mall faridabad has denied to entertain even so please help me in this regard as it is clear evident it is still under 2 year of warranty (As mfg. Date is jul 2017)
                            So please confirm when it can be replaced.
                            I will be obliged.

                              Hi Team - I know it is of no use but really what type of services is this Vishal mega mart is giving, and giving bad impression on customers and Making bad name in market. To run successful business it always important to be truthful and transparent. Today I faced similar issue with kids panda cycle. The bill no[protected] from counter 03, Sonali 6028805, date 13th Nov 2018 & 19:17:25.
                              I purchased T_RO_CAR [protected] price which was displayed was 999/- and while paying at counter it was 1299/- and once I argued then they replied that sir please tha ke this toy tomorrow or day after then I will able to give at 999/- as Diwali offer is off.
                              SO WHAT THE HELL THE SERVICE is this.
                              Over that people out there on counter was not at all clear in his talks.
                              Thhey said sir, tagging for the product was not changed and it is will all of our products, so what VISHAL MEGHA MART is paying salaries to Vishal employees...
                              They are supposed to change the tagging over-night.
                              I seek positive response se, I don’t want to hear sir I am sorry and thugs like this.
                              I want my 300/- back, as there was no communication displayed or said, even sales man those who are working there don’t know about this price change.
                              If possible I will take this at consumer court level. I know you can say then I should have not purchased this item, but I have to give gift to my daughter today only, so it was very much important. But your service disappointed me..

                                On 12th nov. I purchased materials from vishal neb sarai. Against the bill no.[protected]. And in complan packet, one hot wheel is free and mentioned in the bottle as well. After the payment we waited there for 10 min for customer care person. He came and told that the gift is inside the bottle. And told us that if you have doubt pls open thd bottle and check. I dont know why vishal is cheating the people. We reached home back at 11, pm and kids opens and checkex. Nothing found. I feeel that, the staff in vishal is taking all the complements and gifts to their home. No customer will come there again to collect the gift. Regards sincy [protected]

                                  Please note that the lady who is attending your billing counter she is behaved with me very rudely. Today i visited your mall (Civil lines, allahabad) purchase some snacks and when i went for billing she kept me waiting for an hour because i have 500 rs note and during the mean time she attended many customers and not entertained me and at last i have to manage changes from out side then i could be able to get the bill from her.
                                  This type of staff is damaging the reputation of your mall. Please be careful at the time of recruitment of staff who is working at your billing counter.
                                  Wrost behaviour of vishal mega mart billing girl.
                                  Such type staff defame your mall, please action this type of staff.

                                    They don't care any customers service.

I wanted to purchase aluminum foil and wanted to pay extra amount. But manager Mr. Paramanand refused. As a faithful customer It hurts me. It's not fair. There should be some means to change the items.

                                      Visual Mega Mart, Paramour store, disorganized lacks in staffing and service!
                                      Store Manager Vishek, Nav Kiran who is supposed to be at the exchange counter was absent and his replacement was busy chatting away with the store manager. When I went to the staff room both were in conversation ignoring the fact that the exchange counter is empty...it brings me to the fact that I have to say your staff is untrained, and rude.

                                      Kindly look into the matter and provide adequate service in the same. It is disappointing to have such a retail experience from an established brand.
