One employee of vishal mega mart who was wearing turban behaved very rudely. I ask him for exchange of a product and he replied by saying that abhi nhi ho skta baad m ana. I need to gift someone today only and he said baad m ana abhi nhi ho skta. Your company must attend for exchange as well. Please take a strict action against him as he is degrading the company value and standard.

    Dt.. Dt.27/10/18 को मैंने vmm jhansi से ऐक.. Bajaj myjesty mx 3 steam iron रु.999/- की ख़रीदी.प्रेस 1200w व अत्यधिक हल्के वज़न, ज्यादा गर्म ना होने के कारण मेरी जरूरत को पूरा नहीं कर पा रही थी.रसीद के पीछे अंकित है की किसी भी सामान को ग्राहक 15 दिनों में वापस या बदल सकता है.प्रार्थी dt.02/11/18 को उक्त प्रेस vmm. Jhansi गया तो मुझे श्री तिवारी जी से सम्पर्क करने को कहा गया.श्री तिवारी जी को मैंने अपनी समस्या बताई तो वे आग बबूला हो गये व बोले की ऐसे सामान हम बदलने लगे तो हम तो बर्बाद हो जायँगे..मैंने बोला की रसीद में 15 दिनों में सामान वापिस करने का प्रावधान लिखा है.इतना सुनते ही श्री तिवारी अपशब्दों व अभद्र भाषा का प्रयोग करने लगे बोले रसीद पर तो ऐसे ही लिख दिया जाता है वर्ना कौन आएगा और सामान किसका लौटाना है किसका नहीं ये मेरी मर्जी.आप को एक मुफ्त सलाह देता हूँ आप कोर्ट से आदेश ले आओ तो मैं आप को आप की प्रेस के पैसे वापिस कर दूँगा..झाँसी में जिला उपभोक्ता फोरम है आप चाहो तो वहाँ से केस जीत कर आदेश ले आओ तभी आपकी प्रेस वापिस होगी और तभी पैसे वापिस मिल पाएँगे.
    अत महोदय से निवेदन है की श्री तिवारी जी को निर्देशित किया जाये की वे ग्राहकों के साथ अच्छा व सहयोगपूर्ण व्यवहार करें व प्रार्थी की प्रेस वापिस कर प्रार्थी को प्रेस का मूल्य दिलाया जाये.अन्यथा प्रार्थी को मजबूरन न्यायलय की शरण मे जाने के लिये बाध्य होना पड़ेगा जिसके समस्त हर्जा -खर्चे का उत्तरदायित्व आप विपक्षी का होगा. — संजय.       This is complain regarding above subject.. Yesterday 28/10/2018 i baught two bra which cost 159 each but the size was not going to fit so next day 29/10/2018 i visited vishal mega mart ltg tower no 3, 4, 5, 6 outer ring road laggeri to return exchange it but there was not that size which i need so counter executive was not ready to exchange it, then i contact to manager but he is also given same answer.. There is no exchange on innerwear.....

      Sir, I am regular customer of Vishal Mega Mart, Police Bazaar, Shillong (Meghalaya). Since last 2 & 1/2 years I am sincerely visiting, purchasing and observing continuous crowd throughout the day (7 days in week, 365 days in year). At least 500 peoples can be seen in all 3 storey’s at any time during any business hours. The underground floor (i.e. Grocery Outlet) is really dangerous and highly risky for human life. There is NO ventilation at all. While entering into the underground floor we feel completely restless, breathing less, irresistible and certainly we feel that we can die here because of suffocation. First floor and top floor is also suffocated but somehow manageable. Due to central point, important place of the Shillong City, the shop is always crowded and busy, deals perhaps Crores of business but there is NIL value for precious human life. If anything goes wrong, there may be a enormous damage to hundreds of life as well as property. Sir, accident, death or disaster does not inform in advance or does not alert. It can attack at any time. It’s also NOT TOO LATE. Please do not run behind money and business only. Feel sympathy and pity on the innocent human being those who have made you a successful business man and your VISHAL MEGA MART also.
      Please care for both MAN and MONEY.

        D/sir, madam, i myself p. Gohain like to state that there is a problem going on at vishal, sivasagar, assam, pin 785640.. I usually buy rice bran oil for my home use from vishal of my hometown along with other products. There is a error in your system that the price of emami rice bran oil is showing 96 rupees whereas its mrp is 92. I have been complaining to the manager of the vishal many times for last 2 months. But there is no correction in their system till date. Sales executive says that the correction should be made from head office system. We customers never expected this type of mistake from a well known mart. I request you to rectify the matter immediately and take a proper action to it.

          I am maj ashok datt, posted in gwalior. Tonight i visited the shop and purchased 15 items. I was fooled with an amount of rs 1500/- by the billing boy. My only fault was i didn't check the bill there itself.
          On reaching home i realized i was charged for 17 items (Two items which i never bought).
          May i request you to refund my 1500 to me or i shall process a case against the individual n the shop. This type of cheating is not acceptable

            I visited your store in firozpur at around 6:45 pm on 24th october. I heard alot about your store being a good brand and excellent customer service. I picked 5 shorts from a clearance (Discounted) basket near men’s trial room at ground floor. 3 of them got scanned at the display price (Price on discount basket) but 2 of the shorts were not getting discounted and got scanned for rs 80 each. When i asked the cashier and on duty manager (Ranjit yadav). I got a very rude reply “ you can complain if you want to but its not our responsibility” were the exact words he used and pointed me to the customer care chart. I got so embarrassed in front of whole store and i seriously am unhappy with your customer service being so rude and staff being so impolite to the customers. Its my humble request to please consider my request and look into the issue. It is a very unethical and unprofessional way mr. Ranjit yadav made me feel embarrassed in front of my mother and father aswell.

                  I bought a tandem (Induction) cooker 3 lts (Tpc58801) from vishal mega mart nangloi delhi (Article number[protected] dated 14/08/2018. It is leaking air when we put in for cooking. When we went for the local store they refused to replace saying to put a call to the number on the bill. Those guys instead asked to go to local store. I am pretty much frustrated by the service provided by you. Please get this exchanged or i may have to go to the consumer court. I am planning to shift to bangalore and once i get there it won't be possible for me to take the waste from you guys and come back times and again for replacement.

                      With regards to the order no vf126688, as per the tracking details the product has arrived in bangalore on 28th september 2018. But its not been attempted to delivery. Its the same status since 28th september.
                      When the product will be delivered n usually i have received it within 4 to 5 days its ordered n also after receiving the update message too.
                      Kindly check into the issue n deliver the product at the earliest.

                          On 26th september 2018, i visited to your lal kuan branch ghaziabad, during which i was trying a sweat shirt and the cable tie of price tag of the shirt broke.
                          And there was a deaf guard sitting outside the trial room, i dont know what he said to the man standing on the first checkout counter and he was behaving so badly they sad it is not broken by mistake, you did it intentionally and you want to thief it etc etc. He was not ready to listen anythimh i told him that i am going to buy it still he was behaving badly
                          I told them i am going to buy this shirt and it all happend by mistake and i am going to buy it coz its size is fitting me. But instead of they the continue their humiliation and drama in front of many people. Then mr deepak came manager of store and then he told him to leave and then bought that shirt.

                          I am not going to vishal mega mart ever and neither i suggest any one to go the vishal mega mart at any branch
                          Very pathetic response and very ill behavior from you.
                          My tandem 3 burner LP gas stove is well within the warranty period of 3 years.It shows lower flame height with luminous flame.l had lodged complaint in this regard vide complaint no[protected] to customer care.Mechanic of the franchise at Bhubaneswar attended several times but failed to repair.I strongly demand to replace the stove at the earliest.

                              Dear sir,

                              With a heavy heart i wish to bring to your notice that on 19th sep 2018 i went to shop at vishal mega mart garh road, meerut. I bought a magic panda toy scooter for kids. I went to the billing counter and paid the bill. I asked the counter staff to check the product as it was sealed. First of all they made me to wait for 20-30 as the concerned staff mr himanshu was not present at his section. He was somewhere outside chilling out. On several announcement by receptionist he appeared. At first mr himanshu was not in a mood to check the magic panda toy as it would have taken efforts. On my continuous persual he agreed but gave me warning that he is not responsible for packing the toy back. After connecting all the parts of the panda i requested to tie the same in the box, he angred at me said "ye wapas box me nhi jaayega jaise le jaana hai le jao". I asked him to give some kind of rope or something so that i can tie the toy back in the case/box for which he denied and said take it outside get it tied with someone else which i felt disrespectful. Then i went out looking for the rope asked guards about it for which they said no. Then once again i requested to mr himanshu please give me any type of rope to tie the toy which i have purchased. Then he went out pulled out a dirty rope from the trash thrown outside. I felt so miserable and disheartened by then. I asked him to help me tying the toy with the box for which he clearly and denied. Then with the help of my wife i sat there and tied the knot with that dirty rope. The whole time i was tying the knot he was enjoying sitting with the guard at gate doing nothing. I'm a govt employee at a reputed post and never in my life i have felt such disrespectful behaviour, the way mr himanshu staff of vishal mega mart, garh road meerut has made me feel. I hope such a reputed organisation like vishal mega mart will look into the matter and help me to regain my lost respect.

                                I shopped on 20 sep i. E today around 8 pm and chose buy 1 get 1 set of 2 t-shirt, 2 shirts, 2 jeans and sugar. While i went for billing the cashier at counter 3 misbehaved when i enquired that while i took items on offer why i have to pay for everything and not 1 on 1 as per offer. Instead of talking politely and telling that there are terms and conditions that it should be bought of same size, he started shouting and calling manager. While the manager arrived he too was an # and instead of talking politely and not letting the customer go he too was a #. I have been a customer since years while even i was in bangalore. I would like to file a case in consumer court if i don't get a proper response from you. Resolve it or lose a customer for forever.

                                  तो मैंने उसको बोला कि भाई बच्चे की कोचिंग का
                                  टाइम हो रहा है और में पहले ही लाइन में लगकर इतना
                                  इंतज़ार कर चुका हूँ
                                  तो मुझसे बोला
                                  लेना लेना हो तो लाइन में पीछे लग जाओ नहीं तो समान रखो और जाओ मेरे बाप का क्या जा रहा है

                                  एक जागरूक नागरिक होने के नाते यह शिकायत
                                  कर रहा हूँ

                                  कई बार शिकायत करने के बावजूद विशाल मेगा मार्ट इलाहाबाद का स्टाफ आटे के पैकेट को सुई या कील से छेद करके एक के ऊपर एक व्यवस्थित करते हैं जिसकी वजह से बारिश के मौसम में जरा सी भी नमी पाते ही आटा पैकेट के अंदर खराब हो जाता है।

                                    I visited Vishal megamart, Krishna Nagar, Mathura, U.P. for purchasing of curtains. I purchased 14 window curtains and paid using digital mode of transaction i.e. credit card.
                                    I went back to Mart to exchange 10 curtains as these are NOT of good quality. I ask either to exchange my 10 curtains of a specific kind of good quality curtains or refund my money. They haven't stock of that good quality curtains which i want to purchase so i asked for refund. They denied as i was paid via digital mode of payment. i asked them to pay me back via digital mode i[censored] can, again denied. Basically they were unable to arrange desire item and denied for refund also.
                                    Behavior of responsible person present there was NOT ethical. they argue like i'm granted by them. When i was discussing this issue with Area Manager than instead of listening my grievances he was talking on mobile phone. Laughing behind me. Kind of insulted atmosphere. i have recorded videos of whole incident.

                                    i want refund of amount 1970 of those 10 rejected curtains items.
