Like his name. Mr venkatesh and assint manager one billing boy am very un satisfied customer this Vishal mart and I never come back I will my frds also I will put this all in social media also i[censored] people are not take action on those people...

    Today, i visited the vmm khoda gzb plot no 72a-75a deepak vihar main rd. Khoda, and had purchesed fmcg products value of 2k. Then given offer on cooking oil and any other product by companies but store is no providing and saw rude behaviour about the same.
    Specially store manager dont have any experience how to speak with customer. And not provide packing facility also. Representative staff have aggresive bwhaviour very much.
    Kindly do the needful abut the same.

      Yesterday i was going vishal mega mart beawar not only yesterday every weekend me and my family going to vishal we ol love vishaal mega mart but few months a lady on counter she is very rude to every coustmer nd also me if i ask for offer always she says no i don't no about this and all she is so rude because of i love vishaal as a family member i tell you these type of service girls are reduce your coustmer so plzz kindly note my point and as soos as possible the girl get out from vishaal mega mart beawar,,,, i attached bill so you confirm who is girl who make bill of mine.

        And facing issue of water leaking and electric shock and logged a complaint on vishal consumer help line - [protected]
        One day technician visit to my home and he tell him that we can not resolve this issue it is manufacturer defect.

            Avoid to buy garments from vishal, expensive and low in quality; better purchase from local shops. I bought mavie pant and mine experience was really bad. It costs (899) near to branded garments having poor quality and stuff. My pant went horrible just after third wash. Mavie denied to replace when i lodged complaint and no response from vishal either.

              This evening, i have bought commodities worth rs. (1283 +1498) =rs. 2781/- only, vide bill nos.[protected] &[protected] respectively in between 8pm to 9pm from the vishal mega mart, siliguri-ii, spencer plaza, siliguri-734005. A simple notice was being displayed in the counter (Counter no.08) with a message that two kgs. Of sugar would be given to the customer for a purchase of minimum rs. 2500/-., but, unfortunately, the manager of this outlet has refused to issue two kgs. Of sugar, since we submitted two different bills amounting to rupees 2781/-. The commodities were purchased within one hour and were billed in the same counter. Obviously, it was injustice to me and the notice of this offer was very much misguiding to the common people. If no action is taken in favour of me, i shall opt to lodge complaint to the consumer forum.

                Dear sir,

                This mail is to get register a complaint against the staff of vishal mega mart modinagar.

                Your staff at modingar store intentionally doing misbehave with customer and when we complaint against the staff mr. Vishal tomar was supporting his staff members.

                One of your lady staf[censored]n necessary started shouting that we have stolen 2 specs. Spreading rummer with staff members without proper checking and identifying the correct reason.

                I stopped her and said not to shout without verifying the facts. When matter was checked it was found that there was noting stolen and it was just a misunderstanding of your staff as he did not checked properly. When matter was sorted out your lady staff instead of realizing her mistake she started shouting that i misbehaved with a lady and she diverted the issue from her mistake to our misbehave. If vishal is not safe than who will go to purchase item in vishal if your employee will put this type of wrong allegations. When we reported to manager he was saying that misbehaving with lady staff can be harmful for us. Although i just stopped her to spread rummer without proper checking of facts. That means if your staff spoils customers image without any proof, we as a customer dont have right stop your staff and instead of realizing their mistake your team is putting allegation of customer.

                When i argued with your checking staff they confirmed us that it was a mistake but your lady staff and manager started threatening me that do not argue otherwise it will not be good for me and he started to give indirect threatening of legal provisions of misbehaving with lady staff by a gent. It is the right way to deal with customers.

                The roll of your manager is under question and the staff selection is very poor who dont know how to react and deal with reputed customer.

                This is seriously a ridiculous thing done by your team and i request you to enquire the matter and take necessary action.

                  Your store at sector 32 ludhiana is soo efficient and proactive that they sold me an expired product. It's not for the first time but for 2nd time.. Earlier i was assured that there ll be no such complaint in future... But it pics attached show the part 2 of the assurance..

                  It's the most unmanged store...
                  And very painful to be a vishal customer

                      As i have recently visited vishal mega mart, khandsa branch, gurgaon. Somehow due to nature call i went to washroom and i saw the seat was so dirty and unflushed, i literally vomitted, even the staffmember complained that too and said it was in the same condition from last 3 hrs.in a country where toilet moment is going on how you should not act responsible? Being a departmental store giant you should assign or recruit a house keeping staff...

                      On 18th i went to do shopping in golaghat assam in vishal mega mart, i was supposed to do shopping many things..., but suddenly i received a call from my office that there is urgency, so i quickly took one things that which was very urgent... That cost of 159 rs, girl shouted at me that if i can't give change than i can't buy things, previously also i did many shopping..., but there was prompt service but this girl was so rude... It's dissapointed me so much... That day she was wearing yellow colour... I have also work in cash counter in bank... We never misbehave customer, coz we are here only for customers... I think she need some training...

After 2 Days When I went To Store They Guys Are not ready to Listen And Not helped me And he is asking For the Tag which i Already removed, But i Have that Product but he is Not Co-operative At all and he was very rude being a manager Of the Department.

                          My self Rakesh K Singh, I am the customer of your store last 8 years.
                          Yesterday I visit for shopping at your Vishal Mega mart NIT-1 Faridabad store on15 August 2018, when i completed my shopping or billing i have move to go but when i have reach at exit checking point of Vishal Mega mart store there have one extra unbilled item in my bag, i don't know how it come in my bag, but when the checking staff see they told i stolen this, and i shocked when i go to manager of store they also called yes this is your fault you thief and told me to pay this item cost and it will not give after paying or they will not give the pay maount bill or not item, and force me to pay this bill, I am requesting this is not mine and i don't have need this you keep it in your store but then start to abusing, when said i will not pay without billing receipt or item then focibly pressurized to pay amount and told he was give in billing receipt or item.
                          I am also request we don't need or not want to purchase it you may please return it or if not then you have give the bill item and receipt. but after that they have start miss-behave abusing and call the police...

                          I am shocked how the level is vishal mega mart manager or staff.
                          I have also tried so many time to call head office of your gurgaon but no one is picking call.
                          After coming the police they balmmed me, after that this morallity i understand this behave or store is not good for customer.
                          And at the last i will pay or recieved bill but not received my item.

                          It's very shameless for future bussiness.

                          your are requested to please enquiry on this case or check the CCTV footage how this store manager behave to your customer.

                          I hope you will take hard or needfull action on that.
                          I am waiting for your response.

                            Once we purchased an electronic item from vishal mega mart after purchasing when i arrived at home i observed that product is not functioning, when i visited there after 1 hour from purchase they forbid to replace and even forbid to entering the showroom.
                            Another problem is that they continously send there promotional messages to my mobile no it is also too irritating for me....

                            1.Vishal mega mart Vasco Da gama, there was offer of 3kg sugar on purchasing of amounting Rs 2500/- and I was purchased clothing and food items Rs 3543.12/- vide bill no[protected] dated 14.08.2018. When I paid amount than ask about offer of 3kg sugar than he deny me and biller boy ask me that payment should be made through paytm. Hence, counter boy should be able to tell offer before billing, I have paytm also and able to made payments through paytm. After that reaction of biller boy and Manger also was rigid, like untrained.
                            2.Complained book also not having page numbers. It should be serially numbered.

                              Dear sir i regularly visiting vishal mega mart jhansi uttar pradesh branch and all time washroom locked by manager customer coming here for shopping they are facing lots of problems it's shame on vishal mega mart they kept washing locked..
                              Drinking water facility also not here i think its suck.. Not happy with staff mostly staff rude behaving it's just horrible to come here.. I asked to staff i need washroom they told its only for staff not does customer that's by they kept locked
                              Manager is horrible who make him manager.. Vishal mega mart is good brand but here staff keeping down vishal mega mall.. Take immediate action its primary need of people i hope you will take action immediately..

                                I had orderd one light blue formal shirt on around 15 or 17july which i had refuse to aaccept on 23july, 2018. But till now i. E., 12august, 2018 they not return my money, it's almost 21days has been passed, but they main intention is to cheat us they told me that it would be done in 7-8 days but it's 21days has been passed but they haven't given my refund in my respective phonepe wallet till now. There are cheater, scammers... If you don't ask they will intentionly forfeit it.

                                  I always used to buy my office monthly needs from Big Bazar but this month (August 2018) I don’t know what wrong happened to me that I decided to go “Vishal Mega Mart” of Ambala Cantt Haryana, One of the horrible experience of shopping in my life, let me tell you in detail what happened.

                                  1st I had 2 carts full of items and cash counter person did not help me to put all items to his counter even he ordered to put all items to his counter any how did that after billing he said now you can put all items back in your cart as he could not help me in it, it’s not his job.

                                  Now I asked him to give me 4 bags to carry my things but he said gate keeper will put all item in these bags I can’t do it, Any how I put all the items back in my both carts and he didn't even help little.

                                  Now I went to gate and gate keeper said I can only check the items can’t put in your bags you have do it by your own, finally I did it as all were kept on denying.

                                  Now I was with 4 bags and lots of other things those could not carry in bags and at last I asked them for one favor can you send someone with me to drop these bags and rest of things in my car even I was carrying 4 bags in my hand they said why don't you take car at front door (Provided front road is congested and full of traffic) and then we will help you. I said Okay and I did the same.

                                  Now these ## care nothing I parked my car in front of door and came in now no one is ready to drop the items and one ### is seated there using his phone but didn't bother about anything. Laps I did were 5 to settle all my items in car and in every lap I asked him to arrange someone or come with me but such a shame full guy arguing with in instead of helping.

                                  I believe Vishal is worse in customer service they don't care for their customers. Their Recruitment team and superiors must improvise their hiring process.

                                    I have done shopping from vishal mega mart three times and the delivery boy was sheetal Gautam
                                    1. First time he did not delivered my parcel and told the company that the office was closed i called customer care for many times. After approx 15 days with continuous calling i received my parcel and the delivery boy at the time of delivery abused me in my office.
                                    2. in second delivery the delivery boy was same and he contacted me to receive my parcel outside the office gate and he stood in other direction when i was unable to find him i called him but intentionally did not receive my call when another person called him he abruptly received the call and then i asked about his location and then find him. After a long time i found him and received the parcel with mis behaviour and also with abusing words
                                    3. in third time recently i booked my parcel again on 5-6th aug 2018, the status was out of delivery but 0n 6th the status is undlivered due to ddo closed but the reality is that he did not call me and second he did not came here and the third the office was not closed on 6th aug. and today when i called him and asked about my delivery he again abused me on call
