Today unluckily I went to their store at seepat road and i think I'll regret about it rest of my life. Frequent outage of supply which was effecting both shopping and billing. Most of the items which were on sale and on prime display were not billed due to some problem with QR code. Had to wait in billing line due to server problem. They were only able to process cash payments but they still don't care to inform the customers that they can't process card payments and dont have qr code for accepting payment through upi. Once ur billing is done then they will say that sorry sir we are accepting only cash payments. No store manager present at store who can resolve this Griviences

Disappointingly, the new mart that opened up is cheap enough to not open the air conditioners in the three storeyed and crowded shopping place. The biggest charm of mall shopping is the easy and comfortable shopping experience that does not leave you near a heatstroke and lightheaded.

I didn't get my 18 days salary

I parked my bike today in underground parking but one staff told me that there is no parking for customer this is only for staff .
. And he suggest me to park my bike in no parking zone
And his behaviour is very rude.

On 26th July, 2022, Regarding exchange of item, the manager Mr.Venkatesh not responded properly and denied to take requisition in writting and denied to give resolution. Speaking with irresponsibly against consumer rules & rights.

Purchased Brookebond company Tea 1Kg. It was not Tea powder as per standards. Product was useless and not worthy. So requested to exchange or return. But store manager not responded properly, not taking my requisition in writting, not giving reply properly,

I went to beltola, Guwahati outlet of Vishal today evening to exchange two t shirts and as on my arrival I produced my bill and clothes to the person on gate 1st, as a reply he said I will have to wait for the concerned person to come, within 10 mins the concerned person came, but he didn’t attend me and he asked me to wait, I was again waiting near the entry gate for him, he took another 15 to 20 mins to get back to me, he came, still didn’t attend me, waited for another 10 mins then he took my bill n clothes and kept it aside and asked me to look for the exchange, I tried asking the procedure but he showed he was very busy as I could see he wasn’t, and simply said ma’am look for the clothes, I went looked for it, came with the new t shirts which I wanted the previous ones to get exchanged with, he wasn’t there I asked again the person on the entry gate, he asked me to wait again, the concerned person took another 10 to 15 mins to come back, came and said go to any counter, I went to the 1st counter, there he said he can’t do it and called someone named Vijay, now Mr. Vijay took another 10 mins to respond to the person in counter 1, he came and I tried asking about the procedure, he didn’t respond to me and simply made a new bill, after my repeated enquiries he said go and stand in any line in a very rude tone, I said you should have told me about the procedure when I kept on asking, he said you stand in line that is what is the procedure, I said you should have informed me about it when I kept on asking you about it instead of sending me to various counters, then he started talking in a very rude manner, I simply dropped the t shirts as well as the bill and came back. I am a regular customer of vishal but after this I am surely going to quit visiting the mart where the customers are treated this way and also I will ask my friends, relatives and known people to quit going to vishal, especially in Guwahati. Worst service which I have seen, specifically in this region.

I had did shopping from Etawah store of 1145. On 23rd July, 22 In which they had charged gst of 135 ruppes .
When I asked cashier about it he was not sure about it and was not answerable

Bought the same 3110 today from Vishal Mega Mart Surajpur or checked the face of the logo or told the whole thing I did not pay attention to it or soon filled it in the bag or went home to h check 3 product km h billing puri h if any Can't count, then you guys cheat well, the billing whose name was pooja sharma or gaur was checked or reported as complete. Sir /mam, i went at vishal mega mart gopalpura rode jaipur on 6 july 2022..I shoped for 5333 rupees.. N that day staff told me if i shoped for 5000 rupees then i got free shoping worth 1000 rupees..My shoping i got 4 coupen from vishal mart every single coupen was offered free shoping for 250 rupees and they mention free egv worth 1000 rupees in my bill.. Which will be valid for 31 july 2022. So today i went for my free shoping which i get...

I have purchased music system from pathankot vishal Mega Mart.
Only sound bar is working, boofer not working.

Today I shopped amounting to Rs 5650. I didn't check the receipt there. On reaching home I saw that I'm entitled to free EGV worth Rs 1000/-
I didn't give my mobile number and the cashier didn't explain that it's necessary. She just shrugged her shoulders and asked me to pay.
How can I claim the free EGV now?

I usually buy shoes from Vishal and i ask for shoes of my size to a man sitting near shoes but this time I asked him he started shouting on me and ignored to show shoes I'm very much dissatisfied with this employee imran I'm dissatisfied with Vishal going to vmart

I did shopping of worth rs 6498.00 on 2-Jul-2022. It was mentioned free EGV worth 1100 in bill but it was not given to to me. I did not notice it while billing.

Tandem speaker 2.1 not moment

Yesterday, I visited to Vishal mega mart haldwani, while paying the bill at counter no. 6 one of the staff member was so rude earlier he rudely answer to my husband and then when I ask for the free baggage as Vishal mega mart cannot charge for the carry bags which they provide as it is illegal and morally worng to charge the same I asked him to call manager or show desire to visit the manager he ask me to go to the exit door and send me to a security guard.. Which is very bad at that time... I WANT FIRSTLY LET EVERYONE KNOW THAT VISHAL CANNOT CHARGE FOR THE CARRY BAG WHICH THEY PROVIDE AND FOR THE MANAGING TEAM THAT PLEASE INCREASE YOUR BILLING COUNTER STAFF. BECAUSE SOME OF THE PEOPLE WHO KNOW THE STAFF CAN EASILY TAKE AWAY THEIR ITEM WHILE OTHER PEOPLE HAVE TO SUFFER WITH THE LOT WAITING TIME AND HAD TO CARRY THAT HEAVY LUGGAGE WITH THEIR OWN.

Home theatre not working

It has been more than 1 month and I have paid Rs160 through my Amazon pay which have to be refunded but still not received my money.kindly pay it back.
