I want to use washroom while purchasing from your outlet your security guard baljeet singh refused to give keys to me of locked washroom.
Legally u people cant say no to anybody wheather he/ she your cuatomer or not.
This means your outlets are for sale only not for service.

Sir vishal mega mart is biggest mall of the city but the control over the sales personsis very poor many time they simply refuse to assist and the poorest thing is their average billing timing they take even on festival days when no one has time to wait for in long ques

in their billing section they placed many racks and even if any one item does not carry the bar code tag they billing executive demand that tag from simmilar article and all the persons in the que wait for that, very hard to wait for this

this mall serving very well to city but from very first day slow billing is very big problem for this mall kindly resolve this definitely sales of the mall grows exponentially

many of the people only avoid vishal mega mart muktsar due to long billing timming

On 2nd sept 2016, we purchase a rechargeable eveready fan from vishal mega mart at bahu plaza jammu, and with this fan there were two 14 w led bulbs were free worth rs 1298/-. And their dealing boy brought that fan to the billing counter. After billing when we asked for bulbs they replied that some of the items are in store and yet to open, therefore visit again 2-3 days. We agree as we are regular costumer. After 2-3 days they told us about non availability with the assurance that it will made available soon. But after five to six visits they are not proving the same and trying to compelling to take 9 w bulb worth 120/- each. Visited on 29 oct, purchased gift packs worth of 6000 but one pack some how left there, when went again with bill to enquier about that pack, manager Mr.Sandeep Sharma misbehaved, he doesn't know how to speak, he was laughing using abusive language with his colleagues in front of female customers, few more customers was struggling with him, but he was so abusive.

Incident was in Sanjay nagar ghaziabad branch.
Hope my feedback will improve his behaviour and dents what he is giving to such a prestigious store.

1) offer not clear to staff and manager too manish and tanuj.
2) mobile no. which they provide sm/asm not correct.
3) staff and manager not behavied well.
4) after belling of 7000/- they refused offer which they provide offer on self.
We are not satisfy with your staff.

This incident happens on 15/10/2016 at Vishal mega mart, rajpur road dehradunI was standing in front of the cash counter from past 15 minutes and the excutive there was just counting the cash after that the executive girl name "Saloni" told me that the counter is closed. No sign Board was displayed there stating that counter is closed, i asked her about the board and told her that she could have told me earlier, and she replied and i quote "job krti hun kisi ki naukar n hun"... is this a way to talk to your coustomer. in two days i had shopped around 6-7k in Vishal mega market.. and then also they are treating like this. I called for the manager but he was not present there. Then i called for the senior consult person, his name was Ranjit, he too was arrogant when when i said that i will file a complaint against him he said and i quote "jo krna hai karo"... what a decent staff you had hired Vishal mega mart, hatts off to your organization, Big bazar and other shopping malls are far better than your staff.. they are very generous and decent. I will never ever go to this mart in my entire life.

I am a regular customer of vishal mega mart & i have purchased 2 shirts under offer of bye one get one free but size of one of shirt was larger than wanted. Then i visited vishal mega mart in hoshiarpur (Operated by airplaza retail holdind pvt. Ltd.) 146001 but i faced misbehaviour of staff on counter & security also. Bill no. Was 301/105000c013793 dated 01 oct 2016 / 13:21:37 & exchange bill no. Is 301/[protected] dated 09 oct 2016. Staff had misbehaved & even not properly trained. So i request the concerned person to intervene in this matter so that goodwill & business should grow.

I and my wife were at first floor and about to finish our shopping with a pair of trouser. I went for trying my trouser in trial room and my wife followed me there. We kept our trolley full of items at a corner of first floor where we were shopping. when we came back after trial we were shocked as our items were lying on the floor and the trolley was being used by another customer. When we approached the unit manager(Mr. MILIND) he did not show the CCTV footage of the incidence as THERE WERE NO CCTV CAMERAS INSTALLED ON THAT FLOOR and even DID NOT PROVIDE US THE COMPLAINT REGISTER.
WE FELT EXTREMELY INSULTED AS WE DID NOT GET CUSTOMER VALUE AT THAT PARTICULAR STORE. OUR EVENING AND MOOD GOT SPOILED THEREFORE WE LEFT THE ITEMS AT THE COUNTER AND CAME BACK HOME DISAPPOINTEDLY.

I am regular customer of vishal mega mart satara according to your rules 10 am is opening time of store in satara
I rich there at 10.15 am for shopping but your staff dont treat me good he insulated me and he said if you want to purchase somthing then you can we dont have time to treat to... He insulted us

Today I had visited Vishal Mega Mart store in Mathura and was humiliated to an extent that I was on the verge of nervous breakdown. Generally I don't get my purse tagged because it is difficult to shop with my mobile in one hand, but I always make sure that my purse is checked during my exit. At times I have waited for the security person to be free to get my purse checked. Today as I entered I was confronted by the manager, and he accused me of not letting my purse checked when I leave the counter during all my visits. When I objected to this he said the security guard has complained to him against me. I then asked the security guard in the presence of the manager whether I have ever refused my purse to be checked, to this the security guard very confidently denied having said anything to the manager about me and also accepted that I get my purse checked. All these happened in full public view. The manager was very arrogant and I was humiliated to the core. My honour can not be restored but would request that some measures are taken so that others do not have to face similar humiliation.

On 2nd oct'2016, i bought kids t-shirts under different rate categories, for which there was a scheme of "buy two get one free". I bought 4 t-shirts costing rs.80 each, 2 t-shirts consing rs.99 each, 2 t-shirts costing rs.159 each & 2 t-shirts costing rs.199 each. Based on the scheme, i got 2 t-shirts of rs.80, 1 t-shirt of rs.99 & 1 t-shirt of rs. 199 respectively, free of cost, but i did not get 1 free t-shirt of rs.159 free of cost.
I called up immediately on reaching home, to inquire.
The person at the counter asked me to come on 3rd oct, owing to big crowd on that day.
So i went on 3-oct, but the person on the counter refused to give one free t-shirt worth rs.159, as he said that the bill date is of yesterday, and we cannot cancel it now.

I have bill what i have matched with my items yester day dt 22/09/16 and found Rs 75/- has billed extra

One for unknown item rs 70/-
And another Rs 5/- for a good day biscuit worth Rs 30/- ( i also have snap short of biscuit MRP)

Highlighting about khanpur extension Vishal mega mart. There always so much rush thus i can not see all items details and believe that counter person is expert in his work but i was wrong.

Simply want refund Rs 75/- to me. I also have bill copy

Purchased 07 nos.Eveready 9W LED bulbs from Panaji-Goa stores vide bill no. 003/[protected] dt.[protected].A warranty card was also issued for all 07 bulbs.One bulb fused & same was taken to the stores on[protected] for replacement.Counter boy refused to replace hence the matter was taken to the manager on the first floor who also refused to replace.

Every time i get an offer on my mobile from vishal mega mart and go to bahadurgarh branch of vishal mega mart, then each time i get back very disappointed. The head cashier narender kumar of this branch always denies the offer and says that its an company mistake that they have sended this offer.
I request you to take a serious action or if not then please remove my number from their records and to be very much honest i am dissatisfied from this branch and would take on other brands options otger than vishal mega mart. I have lots of message regarding offer but none were fulfilled. We have purchased a induction machine on 16th aug and just after 2 days it stopped working. We have made a complaint over the phone to your customer care, but all in vain, finally we been to your store on 29 aug, and explained the same, and today when we called them to know the status of our complaint. So one of your executive talked very badly.

Hello i parched kids shoes on vishal maga mart at gt shore jaipur on date 08/14/2016 after that i went to gt again on date 08/21/2016 for shoe change purpose due to size issue. Store keeper changed it without any fall. And i replaced it to with shoe for 3 years kid. Although my daughter age is 2.5 year. And again i went to there on date 08/25/2016 for change same product for same issue, size is note combatable but when again i went to store showroom to change same product for same issue they denied to changed my product. It only rs.200 product. Please
