I purchased in vishal mart, and i got free egv worth 250 rs. But i didn't get......

I was order no. VF214854 in Year 2020, but it not processed then I call for refund

but they issued me 4 coupon voucher of Rs. 300+300+300+400 on 31july2020
but no item available in this rates on site then
Again call in your costumer care then issued me 3 coupon code of 399+399+399=1200

I used a coupon code 3RVF214854

But other 2 coupon still not used due to your site under maintenance...

They send too much sms daily which are totally useless for me. And they do not even give choice to the customer of not providing contact details. They ask it and then send offer sms daily...

I purchased two merchandise from the store on 06/06/2022 and I went for the exchange of the same on 12/06/2022 and just requested them to add the claim value in the total bill of ₹6091 for the merchandise I purchased on 12/06/2022 which they refused and they said the terms and conditions won't allow as it is in promotion.
But my point here is, am not adding any other brand but the same brand and I don't see even a penny of loss for...

There is no electricity in vishal mega mart due to some reason, instead of behaving politely and say sorry to customers the about it at billing counter is misbehaving with customers and justifying the electric cut । They are passing customer to get it bill from other counter and using abusive language about my Engineering electrical experience of 20years in Vodafone Idea by a 10th pass biller । Its totally unacceptable। Pls take nessesary...

The policy of vishal mega mart is a scam. I return the product and ask for refund but they said they will provide credit which i have to use in 30 days. But due to some circumstances I cannot used the credit in their mart in 30 days. So they told me that it is expired and cannot claim again.

Why should vishal mart take my money rs1667 simply. If i took any product they can say that I cannot exchange...

Sir today i went to vishal mega mart orai. after purchasing i went to billing counter. there was only 4 people in the que but billing boy was working very slow then after 15 min standing in queue i told to billing boy how much time have you taken for my billing then store manager mr amit pandey shouting with anger on me. body language and tone was very harsh of mr pandey. i told him to give me complaint book and mobile no of area manager....

I have purchased some items from Vishal mega Mart dated on 01/06/2022 with invoice number[protected]. On that date higher amount has been charged on two items...1 Kissan Tomato ketchup it was offered Rs. 130/- but charged Rs. 160/- and Cinthol cool (05 pieces pack) it's maximum retail price was 184/- but charged Rs. 208/-.

I visited at Vishal Mart at Mahavir Enclave New Delhi I went inside and after see rush in mall I went outside by mistake from the entry gate the security lady asked me rudely to went back and exit from exit gate I said it's Ok I didn't buy anything and I was at the half of the stairs then she started shouting at levels at me to get exit from exit gate only extremely in very loud voice and very ill mannered when she screaming I also started...

There are maximum no's of trial rooms are looked in Sivasagar Assam. When I asked about it, nobody response properly. In a mega mart where trial room are not usable it feels very bad. Kindly look into the matter....
