There is a manager who is misbehave with customer every time he talk like as he is president or governer he forget that he is only a manager in a small shopping complex

Sir, last sunday after shopping, I paid my amount of 1534 from Amazon pay but they didn't accept it
So, I. Paid them in cash
Authority told me that they will provide me with the money but nothing happened

On date 22.06.2022.
I byy some some cliths in evening and for process the payment offer card .The recepting person denial that he can not take the payment through due some gitch in machine but before one a many are process the payment through card.
But he denial me first.
After that force for process the payment through bar code .
I have process the payment.

Then he after clearly denial that he did not receive the amount where the amount has been deducted in account 618Rs.

Is this kind for harassment are you provided your customer.

I want my money back and I will high this concern in negative over social media

One staff mr.pranav Kumar billing staff is denied for billing.and give just multiple excuse machine faulty, time over.after some time he billing for other customer.
My complain is billing counter closed at 2130 hrs.then entry will also closed.if once counter closes then close.why he restart billing.
8 billing counter is available.why not all are available for billing.staff are just chit chatting to one other.billing time is more than purchasing time now a day in your branch..
Plz do needful action.it is benifit for your branch and customer also.THANKFUL

I parked my scooter at near by shop of the store but they threatened me saying they will puncture my scooter’s tire . And they eventually did, the manager itself did it and i came to know about it when my scooter felt heavy on my hands and my hand started paining that i couldn’t bear it later at night. Also the way they talk is like so unpolite it feels like they are the boss and we are their servants.

To Vishal Mega Mart Patrakar Puram Gomti Nagar Lucknow store,

I was not allowed to enter the store even when i reached before the closing time. The gaurd stopped me and said that they would not allow anyone to eneter after 9:45pm as the store will close by 10pm. I was then introduced with the cashier and said the same thin. When i asked if they gave something in written, he cashier said they ahve 10am to 10pm timing. I told them its not 10pm yet, he said we will not allow you to shop anyway.m at this moment. Very unprofessional behaviour of the staff. He had the attitude as he is not the employee but the owner was f the store..

Note: If i dont receive any resolution in 48 hours, I’ll escalate it further and probably bring this into the notice of court to take action against such staff members.

Please be advised, it would result to a huge compensation.

Hi I have just visited Vishal mega Mart Indore near Vijay nagar,

No dought I got good product, but lots time waste for billing

More than 2 hrs standing for billing,

Here want to know, there is not value of costomer time, who's very important

Request to Vishal Meha Mart team

Please rectified issue for better costomer experience

Yesterday i purchased worth 2554/- in Vishal megha Mart, but as per promotional they have to give 240/- worth Namkeen or equivalent amount freebies but they gave two cool drinks bottles worth 85/- only and again today i purchased worth 2522/- and same they have to provide 240- amount freebies but they gave only one kg sugar worth 37/-, after asking they are not at all talking correctly and giving foolish answers

There is highly shortage of cash counter employees

I purchased in vishal mart, and i got free egv worth 250 rs. But i didn't get...

I was order no. VF214854 in Year 2020, but it not processed then I call for refund

but they issued me 4 coupon voucher of Rs. 300+300+300+400 on 31july2020
but no item available in this rates on site then
Again call in your costumer care then issued me 3 coupon code of 399+399+399=1200

I used a coupon code 3RVF214854

But other 2 coupon still not used due to your site under maintenance and then site closed.

Then they not return me 800/- rs in place of my 2 unused coupon code
1RVF214854 & 2RVF214854
Also refused to return me my money again & again on telephone.

I purchased two merchandise from the store on 06/06/2022 and I went for the exchange of the same on 12/06/2022 and just requested them to add the claim value in the total bill of ₹6091 for the merchandise I purchased on 12/06/2022 which they refused and they said the terms and conditions won't allow as it is in promotion.
But my point here is, am not adding any other brand but the same brand and I don't see even a penny of loss for the company with this regards but they refused to do even after asking and explaining the issue for hours.
Along with this, particular persons there were very rude and sarcastic, claiming they are the top persons there and not disclosing their name when asked, abruptly disconnecting the call.
When I tried to raise the complainant over V-Mart customer care, they say they only process online store complaints but not offline store and I have to visit the store again for the same.
But this is ridiculous as my complaint itself is about the people in the store and I can't complaint the same to them as they claim there is no one else to contact other than them.
I am stuck in a nowhere to go situation and a loss of ₹2050 for my valuable time and energy waste.
I want justice here and want my money back along with compensation for disrespecting the customer

There is no electricity in vishal mega mart due to some reason, instead of behaving politely and say sorry to customers the about it at billing counter is misbehaving with customers and justifying the electric cut । They are passing customer to get it bill from other counter and using abusive language about my Engineering electrical experience of 20years in Vodafone Idea by a 10th pass biller । Its totally unacceptable। Pls take nessesary action against the billing boy

Dear sir/mam,

The policy of vishal mega mart is a scam. I return the product and ask for refund but they said they will provide credit which i have to use in 30 days. But due to some circumstances I cannot used the credit in their mart in 30 days. So they told me that it is expired and cannot claim again.

Why should vishal mart take my money rs1667 simply. If i took any product they can say that I cannot exchange...
