    Dear Sir I am a regular customer of vishal mega mart Muktsar Punjab.I visited your mall today evening about 7:15pm. As i spent about one hour selecting about items worth two thousand for my baby girl and came to the billing counter.the cashier told us to wait as they were manually making the bills.we waited about 20 more minutes there in a regular line for billing. Even there were four billing counters but only two of the employees were deducting the bill.other counters were also vacant.but as our bill was being made.the cashier had made half of the bill, the FMCG-DM name Kabul singh employee code 91736 as told by the above mentioned employee ordered the cashier not to make the bill further. We reuested hime that we have spent our previous time as we are also employees.but he has such a rude behaiviour that he said do as you all can.all the 50 customers were really disappointerd by the foolish bahaivour of your employee. No one even announced that today billing may not be possible so that our time would not have been wasted. Being a welwishing customer of vishal i would request you to take a disciplinary action against this employee kabul singh.So that the customers may not face problems in future.         Yesterday evening after a long interval i visited siliguri vishal mega mart store, i was quite happy gettin too many stocks of jeans & shirts but i was very confused regarding size and shape then i needed badly any of your service boy or girl but could not find any one after about an hour though i found a sales boy wearing black t shirt, he was very busy and was unable to talk to me, all the products was unordered on the rack from where finding a chooseable prodigal was a really tough job, after all choosing two shirts i thought to buy an usha iron i called an aged staff of you but unfortunately he was also busy over phone.

          Hi I am very regular customer of Vishal and i prefer always Vishal but it is very heartening that guys at Vishal mega mart Modinagar never treat offer sms serious. Today i show a sms in which clearly mentioned that show this sms and get your gift but a senior customer executive fair in colour refuse to give my gift and told sorry i can't give you as You need to carry your last bill then why you guys send incomplete sma to customers to make them fool. No customer mania approach at Modinagar Branch at all

            I am shashank being costomer from last 7 years of this brand . In new delhi its quite good but in shimla sanjauli branch, , the think we costomers r fool . I had asked u given me diacount on certain product cashier says yes . Actuall not, the think costumer dont check the bill, next day i was back with my bill, but insted helping .they said it was not discounted product the counter was a tagged buuy one get one but the said it was not that products it was a simalar product and it was messed by the customer only and refused to give discount or change the products. . Wwhen i asked to give discount hi said gven. Insted i wud nt had taken the product . EVM not workin .went to atm for cash . Not cooperate next day want any action to be taken till iam not going an not suggests any body

              I purchased few items at the store at Brass Market, Rewari on 11aug15 at 12:45pm. However, the counter refused to bill the items, as I did not want to share my personal mobile no. Sharing of personal information is entirely optional and it is illegal to refuse services based on the same. Also, the staff refused to connect me to any of the senior personnel, when I complained. I have also written at their support mail-ID, but no response

                      Sir on 9:7 2015 i went to vishal maga mart jhansi brought provision and other things rs 6, 260.For that they gave gift voucher of 500 rupees for next purchase . Again i went on 12.8 .2015 and purchased for 2664 and gave the gift voucher to them to get discount of rs 500 they said the time limit is for one month. But in the terms and conditions, condition no 3 it is written validity period is up to 3 months from the date of issue and the same...

                      I ordered a Shirt and T shirt (order ID:VF15933), Product was delivered to me on August 5th, 2015. Due to Size problem i have returned the Product through DTDC courier(Tracking ID : C[protected] for the given return address by customer care executive staff and informed the same for the customer care staff once i couriered it. they said once we receive the product they will be sending me Voucher for the cost of shirt with Courier charge of 60 Rupees. Courier has been reached to the given address on Aug 11th, 2015 which was received by the company employee and company seal was there in the courier history.. after reaching i called and mailed three to four times for the customer care persons and told my problem but they are saying we will solve your problem but they are not taking any steps regarding this.                         On 16-08-15 i went to shop situated at Najafgarh. The shelf of coffee Mugs shows Flat Rs. 69. i took 1 cup and when bill is prepared it shows 149. I inquired for the same and told the sales person that board shows Rs. 69 but he refused then i told him should i bring a pic of the shelf? He told me yes. I clicked the photo of the shelf and showed it to the sales person.then he told me to talk to manager.I had words with manager but he refused and told me customers reshuffle the shelf. he was not polite.when i argued with him that why you put a board of Flat Rs.69 if you canot handle? He didn't had any answer with him and told me that return the product. Is this the way to talk to your customers? Its clearly a case of cheating which is publicly going on. I am attaching the receipt of payment and photographs of the same. Please tell me what to do? i am feeling very cheated now.

                          This is regarding a damaged Prestige induction cooktop, I purchased for Vishal Mega mart Phase 5 Mohali on 16th August 2015 around 7:00 pm. When I opened the box this morning I found it damaged and and went to exchange the product on 17th August 2015 morning. Now the person is is saying we will not replace. I have talked to them that they cannot sell damage product and harass the customers. If this things does not get resolved I would be filing a police complaint as well.

                            I am regular customer since 2005 when i was in vaishali ghaziabad UP. Yesterday 15 Aug 2015, i visit meerut Garh road store after complete my choice came for billing found 2 billing counter was not in use and one was only for 5 items than one cashier send to another again another send to next after waiting 20 min when reach for billing to cashier Mr Rahul he misbehave with me & my spouse stated that go to another counter will not done from here. When ask him about the store manager to complaint he said i am the store manager and you go out who r u etc in bad language and tone. pl look into this and revert me.                             Today i was visit vishal mega mart rajpur road dehradun uttrakhand for buy some product i had very bad experience . vishal mega mart staff misbehaved with me.

                                BILL NO 096/[protected], COUNTER 13 DATED 17.7.2015/21:46:55 my wife bought some dresses and remit 1600 in the counter, cashier told us to pay 16 more as the bill is of 1616. we therefore had remitted the same. But to our surprise, when today when we see the bill its net total is 1583.68 instead of giving back to us 16/- he demandded us 16/- and very happily keep it in his safe. This is cheating and a brand image distruction i think so. Requested to please take appropriate action and oblige. Regards, sandeep jain

                                      Dear sir I purchased Trendy 600 sound box INTEX make vide Receipt no 903*3090 dt July 02, 2015 from Vishal Mega Mart Saharanpur out let. This is defective material and do not work on FM wave length. The Next day I brought the fects to knowledge of Manager he assured me to get it return after talking to company officers but till date I made many visit to mall but the product is not return. since the product is not working it may be got return and some other product may be allowed in its place.I am working as News Reporter for daily Kalyugdarpen News paper at Saharanpur.
