Please help me i am in very big problem.
My name is Vishal Yadav S/O Mr Raj Kumar from Haridwar.
I have started tour & travel business in haridwar in May 2014. I am operating this business from home.
25 days before i got booking for Thailand tour package for 4 passengers and for Singapore tour package for 3 person. So i requested one Travel Agent based in delhi for package cost.

I spoken with mr Abhishek regarding Thailand package & Singapore package tour cost. Mr Abhishek said for 1 person cost is INR23000/- and INR36500/- for Singapore Tour. I was agree on cost and i have deposited INR55000/- for Thailand booking and INR33500/- for Singapore Tour. mr Abhishek said tour tickets i will get 3 days before departure.
Departure date was 23rd June so i should get tickets on 20 June.
I called on June 20 for Thailand tickets for mr Abhishek said tickets will be booked tomorrow, i said ok and i transferred INR37500/- on 21st morning.
But then till June 23rd I tried calling mr Abhishek but did not respond.
He is fraud and he did not booked any ticket.
He is not refunding my INR 125000/-
And because of mr Abhishek and Super Travel Time i have booked Singapore package on 20000/- high rate.
