I purchased a Maruti Suzuki Baleno Sigma from NEXA Vishnu Cars, Kattupakkam, Chennai. I am raising this complaint regarding inconsistent quotations, disputed charges and an incomplete refund.

My relationship manager, Deepa, initially quoted around ₹8, 00, 000, including accessories. Later, another employee, Poovisha, from the same showroom quoted ₹7, 76, 000 and offered a ₹19, 000 discount that Deepa had refused to provide. ABT NEXA also quoted a lower price.

Deepa quoted approximately ₹35, 000 for insurance and ₹88, 000 for registration. However, I received messages showing insurance of ₹26, 667 and registration charges of ₹81, 151. She initially insisted that outstation charges were ₹8, 000 but agreed to ₹3, 000 after I questioned the amount and checked with the local RTO.

I contacted the management to resolve these differences, but my concerns were not satisfactorily addressed. When I visited the showroom, Ganesh, who was introduced as the manager, told me that the final invoice had already been prepared around three weeks before delivery and nothing could be done, despite my unresolved concerns.

After I submitted supporting evidence, the showroom refunded approximately ₹17, 000. However, based on the quotations and other disputed charges, I believe the appropriate refund should be around ₹27, 000–₹30, 000. I have not received a satisfactory explanation or reconciliation of the remaining amount.

The showroom also promised half a tank of petrol at booking, but the car was delivered with an empty tank.

I request a detailed, written breakdown of all charges, a reconciliation of the different quotations, and a refund of the outstanding amount that is found to be due. I also request a formal response from the management explaining these discrepancies and how they will be resolved.

I can provide the quotations, final statement of accounts, insurance and registration messages, and refund proof to support my complaint.
