Have given my luggage for transporting to Haldia on 28/6/2023 it was said to me the delivery will take 7-8 days as per Mr. Vishal Sharma (contact number [protected]). Payment was done 80 percent at the time of dispatching of goods. Remaining 20 percent and extra 2000 was given to Mr Vishal Sharma on 9/7/2023( as he said there was issue with transport and we had emergency for good receipt) today it's been 12/7/2023 neither the goods are delivered neither Mr Vishal Sharma or Mr Dheeraj Singh is picking up calls. After 20 calls they pickup 1, everyday they are saying the good will be delivered the next day. Please look into the matter with urgency. And guide what to do. Have to take legal actions next coz I had valuable materials in the transport. This is not how you run a business, incompetent, rude people and service.
