Vision Emall Corporation (vmc) — Refunds of the cancelled plots

I had purchased two plots from vision emall corporation (Vmc) in april 2012 and the customer ids for those plots are 879316 and 170952. I had purchased these plots on installments booking amount for each plot was rs.10, 000/- and installments for each plot was rs. 1000/- per month. I paid the booking amount of rs. 20, 000/- for both plots and for two years i paid the installments. However due to financial problems i had to cancel these plots. Cancellation was done on 30th june 2015 at vmc's majiwada, thane office. I was asked to come back after 4 months with cancelled cheque. On 12th october 2015 i submitted the cancelled cheque and they gave me a signed letter stating they would repay me the amount of both the plots as well as interest. But they would repay me in installments of 10% of the total amount starting from the month of january 2016.
I have not received a single rupee from vmc. I tried contacting them but they all give excuses. I have even emailed them my request but never got a positive response from them. Please help
