Vision Ias — After payment to vision ias class still not working

I have made fist installment as per vision ias norms payment on 19th March 21 through debit card directly from HDFC bank. I submitted transaction details, Aadhar card, for verification. I made 4-5 calls everyday to vision ias and registered my complain, after that they have sent one link just once by mail and now again they are telling u r register with vision ias, i sent them several times. But still i havent got any satisfactory reply and they are killing my time. I am losing my money and time.
