Vision Optics — Struggling from refund from last three months

I bought Aryan Hazel color lens from one of the Vision Optics retailer (Akansha Optics, Kaspate Wasti, Wakad, Pune) at Rs 2000. Vision Optics cheated me twice. Provided me lens which irritated my eyes from day one. As soon as I wore those fake lens provided by vision optics, mumbai, my eyes became red, irritation and pain started. I was unable to wear those lens for a second. I asked for refund but from last three months they are continuing with bad responses. Retailer has told that its Vision Optics fault. The girls who receives call at Vision Optics also behaves badly. If I would have continued their lens I must have some severe problem in my eyes. However I'm using lens from last four years and never had any problem apart from one provided by vision optics. My eyes have no problem. It is the infected lens provided by Vision Optics which brought me in troublem. i'm struggling for refund for which I have full right and they are not providing. I request Customer Forum, please help me in getting my refunds. This distributor is a big cheater.
