I was working before a year and quit due to my personal issue, HR people does not know proper rule about PF policies but act that they are know very well aboitthat, and no proper respect given toemployee, it is looks like Government office because their behaviour is like that. It is better to don't join in the company. They never bother about employee welfare. It is true... And few of HR are lethargic and never close exit formalities to ex employed with in time frame.
