VISPARK TECHNOLOGIES — Vispark Technologies

Hi All, I am deliberately writing to you to bring all of your kind attention for Vispark technologies India, based in JP Nagar Bangalore. This is a company formed by couple off illiterate in-humans, who except one doesn’t even know to speak English. This is heights of corporatism, where a 10th pass guy would be seen searching Resumes for clients, management struggling for getting clients and recruiters.They do not have sufficient capital fund for paying up their own employees how they would pay the contractual ones. CONTRACT EMPLOYEES please beware of your future or current employer Vispark Technologies. Real-estate geniuses are found as recruiters here, what a fate of a client? Except MD, the other directors doesn’t even know to speak English are found doing recruiter’s job sitting at cabin. Which law of government allows illiterates for directorship, I doubt on the authenticity of the documents here. You may search for the last year’s postings of complaints in google as well, when this company was running with no proper licences and employee harassments. Here women employees are harassed to core by other colleagues and even the building tenants but no action is taken by the management for these acts of violence. What management will do when they themselves treat employees as slaves with all foul words? At times its found the directors come fully drunk to office where women employees even work, it stinks so worse you will fear to speak and work in that atmosphere. Vispark doesn’t even have a capital to invest on the job portals from a year; they use others login IDs paying them some minimal amount, the question of sustaining or downsizing comes up here. The attrition rate is more than 100%, each time you would find new faces, so far no one has stayed up more than 2+ months once they get to know the culture and the professionalism at Vispark, apart from it few have thrown their own salary at Vispark as a donation and have moved.They do not give a ID as well, no proper attendance system, one signs on one behalf. All forged, like Director’s in and our sign by a non-director…gruesome. They won’t pay office space rent on time and owner would be screaming all the time inside office for delay payments. Management believes they are the only one who has a wonderful infrastructure, hang on people!!! Step outside and visit even a small 5 employees company they have a better work atmosphere and setup than yours, where every now and then some hotel goers or cheap people standing outside your broken entry door and peeping what girls are doing. Visitors laugh when they see a small ply infornt of bathroom with cooker and vessels to prepare tea and coffee, only because they couldn’t afford a one rupee increase of the tea vendor who uses to deliver earlier. Such a cheap and shameful office I have never come across. Every month before time only they would start begging their clients for payments saying we are a small company we survive only on this payment. Huh!! Shameful, if you didn’t had funds who told you to start this company and make others suffer in between. They are the worst payers; monthly salary to employees comes on 7th, 10th, 12th, 15th which depends on their rotational money or lenders. How can an employee survive, who joins the company to fulfil her commitments? Moreover never you will get salary slips, which is a employee right to get each month, you have to beg for it then with their leisure, they will prepare with hell lot of mistakes and give it to, which you inturn have to check and get it corrected. Employees in one hand, the other side of the coin is one you are out of the company they play with your emotions, and final settlement. Always will have one reason to hold the payment for some time and shuffle it somewhere and give reasons than the verification from the Email provider has to come? !! Can anyone readers tell me exit employee verification happens? That too from an email provider? Hahahaha……no better reasons you find Vispark? There is absolutely no policy, holiday list or anything in place, Vispark policies of leave, exit, holiday, deductions everything changes as we change clothes with the mood of the management. Is it not right as per law all defined policies are provided to employees at the time of joining as a handbook or letter. OMG how would they provide if its not stagnant, when they don’t provide offer letters on time how will they give policies. Older employees neither get a salary hike nor any nonmonetary benefit, they will have one reason performance is not good. Mam, when you do not have clients, nor do anyone wants to be interviewed by Vispark, how would performance come of its own? Moreover, with absolute no notification, 50% salary will be deducted every month if you do not close 5 positions. Are you a Adecco or mafoi where people are dying to come, and from each employee you will have 5 closure to get 100% salary. Please go back to your old life to imagine how you would be feeling when you were asked so, you will get all your answers back. Firstly aim should be working with known and good clientele, which Vispark never ever had. Gifts and bonuses are given to interns and fresher not employees because they slog at work and they do not have to pay them anything. Mam, it honest request from all o[censored]s please shut the company down and go back to an employment which would bring you and your family a constant income, instead of every month struggling as beggars in front of lenders to lend you money for your monthly bills and salaries. You have been struggling for 2 years to establish yourself as an entrepreneur but accept it that you have failed in it, otherwise see how other startups growing year by year, the turnover graph of your company is drastically going down and down each day. Being financially settled and then running a business is different from running business asking money every month from people. What if the contract employees would me more, from where will you pay them up? And before you blame employees for anything, think twice what employees have got at Vispark apart from haphazard salaries. Is their any activity for motivation, any proper acknowledgements and appreciations, and leisurely plans and trips? Absolute nothing, why would one not be demotivated? Just imagine when other even a small company does this, why can’t you, just because you are short of cash? But you know better how its affecting your business, blocking Facebook, Gmail, Personal calls you are binding a person from her freedom and free mind. No one anywhere does it, if someone does they see there are alternatives to motivate employees It’s a humble request, shut down, instead of losing your and the company image completely. Don’t be so adamant of accepting the truth also, you cannot succeed when you have all fools as advisors and crooks as your wellwishers around you. Shell out money to retain and hire good professional people who will support you rather than fools to gossip and to do chit chats. You do not have a business mind; neither you know how to talk to clients f2f meetings with 13years of experience. This is the bare truth, and for this even if you touch the feet none of the clients(BIG) are going to come. By fluk business is happening so far with one or two clients. Small ones also come after such a head break, how ill the MNC would. The zest is first learn the corporate culture, friendly and favourable environment implement at your office, then see the difference. Smart work of 4 hours is enough for everyone than hard work for 8-9 hours. GROW YOUR MIND FIRST BEFORE YOUR VISPARK GROWS AND YOU SUCEED. I am not here to take revenge; I have better works to polish my career. I am sharing this because after me no other people should fall into this trap and suffer as mine and just to make you aware the facts which knowingly you avoid for reasons.
