Vista Clothes — not received any shipment

I ordered 3 dresses from vista clothes site for 997 and paid online on 1st april. I haven't received any order till now and the number is off. I want refund of my money. They replied to the mail once and the call was also picked up once, they told me that my order will be delivered soon but after that they didnt respond and i haven't received my order. Kindly help me in this as the amount paid my me is not less. Please help me get the refund.
