I have taken a loan of rs.15 lakhs @16.5% from vistaar financial services pvt ltd and repaid via cheque on 27 July 2023 almost 1 month ago. Even after so many follow ups didn't got any proper answer and the branch manager is not available in the bank so that why i am tagging a regional head there is no branch manager in tambaram and they don't tell anything just avoiding. Foreclosure letter given by karthikayen branch manager of tambaram 21 July 2023 but there is no response after that. I have emergency issues so thats why complaining in consumer portal.
