You may have taken loan from some App based Loan provider.
Always take NOC Certificate after closing loan. VisuFin has tie-up with ZestMoney and few other app based loan providers.
What you should do now

~ Apply for NOC certificate for all the loans closed in last 1-Year and follow up with loan provider get it.
~ Raise the Dispute for All the fields in the CIBIL report - after logging into your account.
~ Even you can think of buying a 6-month or 1-Year account access as such issues drag for few months. I had one issue, which took 2-months.
