Visufin — I'm complaining about the overdue of Rs.7 in the loan which I had never taken

Hi sir, my name is vineetha. My pan number is (BJRPV1042A). When I checked my Cibil through transunion it is showing outstanding of Rs.7 from Visufin finance in the loan section which i had never taken. This is affecting my cibil and I need no due certificate immediately to process my education loan. Please take immediate action.
