Visufin — Negative loan account in CIBIL

Hi Team,

I had recently checked my CIBIL and found that there is a negative account reflecting with overdue amount of Rs.4 reported by VISUFIN.

However, I dont think I have taken any loan from them and request you to kindly advise me in removing this from my CIBIL report.
