Visufin — Visufin 4 rs Overdue showing in my cibil I pay my loan closed but showing me overdue.

I have taken loan from Visufin and pay my all the payments and closed my loan but still it's showing 4Rs. Overdue on my cibil report.

Please solve my 4rs. Overdue amount. I also tried to pay it but I can't pay anyhow.
