When I tried to register my USN 4BD07BT031 to apply for the Medium of Instruction certificate, I did not receive the OTP on my registered mobile number. However, when I try to register again, it shows that the USN is already registered. But If I try to Verify Mobile No & OTP to get access for eDDTS portal..! it says incorrect mobile number .
Could you please help me to sort this issue asap as I have to submit my Medium of instruction certificate for processing my Visa.
