I remember you, I strongly remember your concern, and we already explained you that it’s our sole responsibility to maintain the privacy of the girls parents, that's the only reason we provide mobile number of the girls parents after their concern.
Parents chose us as mediators to avoid such discomforting situations. we have had seen bad experiences by sharing contacts of girls parents in our past 12 years. I already explained the same reason. We have a dedicated staff to serve you better since years only for our community. We will consider in case of any issue from staff, take necessary action to resolve. We will ask for their permission before sharing it with you. If they are okay, then nothing is stopping us to share contact details. Still we have provided contact numbers of girls parents to you as many as possible after their permission. still you are sticking with refund of money, it’s not fair.
We have 8 member staff work hard to give best service to Our Viswabrahmin community. We work between 9 to 6 every day, sometimes unto 8 pm, we work also during holidays, Sundays to provide service more accessible.
We are the best in our community to provide personalised service.

Hi this is Sriram, I am facing the same issues with this marriage bureau reported in the original thread . They dont share the matches or follow up after you register with them, they dont even answer your calls or respond to your texts after couple of weeks . Have given up hope !
