This guy Vitthal Anna Kadam [protected] a total fraud. He took 5300/- from me for the bike registration change . But after doing lots of follow up Vittal did not respond and asked for more amount. Finally, I decided to do all the things on my own and asked him to give me my money back however now he is just making up stories. Recently, he started ignoring my calls and messages. When I am calling him up, he is just switching off his mobile. I am totally frustrated by his behaviour. Like other people are mentioning, even I am not sure why RTO officials are entertaining him and support. Don't know what's the pact between them.
