I would like to alert everyone that Vivanta Hospitality pvt ltd. is a big fraud company and they are looting the hard earned money of people on the name of vacation membership. Please be alert of this. I have also been cheated . We paid 1, 40, 000 for Vivanta club membership 2 years back in 2022 and they put us into confidence that we’ll get services for 10 years and we will get travel plans and packages every time we ask for it or at least when it’s available.
We have tried to contact them so many times in the last 2 years for vacation packages and we were flexible with EVERY month ANY day to
atleast get our money back but they said no dates are available.
And now the company is disappeared. No customer care number or email id is working.
I'm looking for the person "Sandeep", (Team Manger) the biggest fraud I've ever seen.
I do believe in consumer protection and I have faith in consumer complaints that it will help me get my money back.
