There was a seminar arranged by this fraud company named Grand Vivanta on 17.04.2022 at 'The Lalit Great Eastern Kolkata' where I was invited by someone named Vipul (+91-[protected]) and another person called from the no. +91-[protected]. I booked this package with an agreement of 36 months' EMI plan where I needed to pay Rs. 3278/month for 36 months (3278*36 = 1, 18, 000/-) but the whole amount got directly hit to my already generated Credit Card Statement for this month and full amount got deducted at one go. They emailed me by saying 'We would like to inform you that your EMI interest refund will be barred by the system.' but none communicated after that. Rohan (+91-[protected]) was the person who briefed me about the package, full of fraud commitment and misleading information who completely stopped answering my call immediately after the email came.
Mithun (+91-[protected]), his boss and another bigger fraud didn't pick my call and answered over sms only claiming that he was traveling for days and would call me soon but that day never came.
They also promised to provide login credentials and Relationships manager contact but nothing came. One number ([protected]) was given in the welcome mail as point of contact but she never picked up my call. Was this information helpful? |
