[Resolved] Vivanwear — product not received after payment on 20th nov to vivanwear through their website

I have ordered a Lehanga of Rs.1299 on Vivanwear website on 20th Nov 2017 through online payment and have not received the product yet. I received and order number after payment which doesn't have any shipping status or expected deliver date. I tried to call to their number mentioned in Website and Facebook, but it seems like that number is either not existing or switched off. Whats app shows a last seen on Oct 2017. so i couldn't contact via Whats app. In Instagram i found a page of theirs, so i send a message on that. for the first time they responded and told me that product will be delivered within 4 days, but it was a fake information. And after that they didn't respond to my messages. This is really a fake company with a fake website.I have sent a mail too. But no response there also. I have added all the photos of my payments and communications here with this complaint

They sent an email regarding the shipping and i received the product.
Still i wont advise anybody to buy any products from this particular website as the quality of the deliverables is not upto the mark

I made a return request RMA#: 9E301D0 within 3 days of the purchase around 4 months back. I have not yet received any response.
