I am writing this review with absolute frustration regarding my experience with my Vivo phone. While the brand claims to offer great devices, the actual durability of this phone is a complete disaster.
?Terrible Build Quality & Display Fragility: The structural integrity of this phone is a joke. Even a minor, accidental slip from a very low height causes the display to shatter completely. I have already replaced the display 10 to 12 times now! This clearly proves that Vivo is using substandard materials for its screens, making the maintenance cost higher than the phone's actual worth.
?Pathetic Camera Performance: For a brand that hypes up its camera technology, the real-world performance is deeply disappointing. The photos lack clarity, colors look washed out, and the low-light performance is unusable. It completely fails to justify its price tag.
?The Only Saving Grace: The battery life is the only decent thing about this device, but what is the point of a good battery when you can't even trust the phone to survive a minor drop or take a good photo?
?Message to the Vivo Official Team:
As a customer, I feel cheated. You need to stop focusing just on looks and start investing in durable build quality and actual camera optimization.
