I purchased a Vivo Y400 mobile on 08/01/2026 from Laxmi Mobile Gallery, Maharashtra. Within one month, the phone stopped working automatically without any physical damage.
The dealer kept the phone for more than 15 days without any update, despite promising resolution within 2 days. After repeated follow-ups, they suddenly generated a job sheet within 2 hours claiming display damage and demanded ?5000+ for repair.
The phone was not damaged when submitted. It appears the damage occurred while in the dealer’s custody. The dealer is now refusing to return the phone without payment and has behaved in an unprofessional and abusive manner.
