Vizianagaram Muncipality Water Drinking Water Supply Issue — shortage of supply

I am a resident of Vizianagaram Opp District Court BC colony first line resident we are not getting proper water supply, when ever we ask about the shortage the concern person who supplies water gives reckless answer of saying no water at tank, but the same water he is suppling to the opposite colony for maximum morning 7am to till 3 pm if we ask about it he says the connection is acorss the colony so he need to supply for such a long time here since 4 days no water at our line on Dasserra we had to carry motor water from others house to clean is this fear? if he supplies too he is supplying only for half n hour in which we cannot even fill one drum and use this is happening since past 4 months . if we dont pay tax sachivalayam persons comes to the door and demand for tax but is this the support we get for paying tax, i personally has to pay tax but i didnt payed just because of this worst supply, kindly please do the needful its been 4 days . still he is saying he will supply tommorow. which means day 5.
