I'm dinesh gawde i have hoda trigger bike (Mh05 bz8788) in this month i have service my bike three time in ulhasnagar vj honda, let me explain why should i paid three time, if problem not resolve in previous service.
I almost spend 6000rs in last two service in august
Now todays (26/8/17) estimated cost is 1700rs.
After 22/8/2017 service, i observe my speedometer not working. Before i service my bike speedometer is in working condition, then i visit again to vj honda, your mechanical person remove front tyre & fix the problem.
In 22/8/2017 i left my bike for service for front shock absorber have jerky, you adviser called me & suggest me to kindly change your chain sprocket & rear / front liner, without any question i said yes you can replace.
But after two day's again shock absorber have jerky, so again i left my bike today for service.
This is not first case, in previous service this happened.
Last time when i paint engine as per your adviser suggestion, after painting engine oil started leak from engine so again i visited vj honda, your adviser said you have to replace gasket, so i replaced gasket in paid basis.
I suggest, kindly mention in your job card what is working & faulty parts in vehicle.in case of some part stop working or faulty after service that's totally your responsibility, why should pay customer for this?
I will not paid any charges if some part getting faulty or stop working within week in service related area after service.
Explain me what is the benefit of amc & five years extended warranty, if i paid for service two time in one month within week for same problem.
This is not cost effective for us.
