[Resolved] Vk Venture Pvt Ltd — no action against fraud transaction | |||
I have ordered a new tata sky connection online through a site https://dthcompare.com/about/ which is another name of vk venture pvt ltd. While paying online, the first time i paid rs 1690 through paytm through qr code is shown on the payment screen of the site. Then, again it asked prompted me to proceed and asked me to pay again which i have done again by paytm by logging in to paytm site. I have ordered only one tata sky connection, but by mistake paid twice by misleading payment process from https://dthcompare.com. when contacted, vk ventures pvt ltd, they said that only one payment is received. I have given the screenshot, but after some time, they stopped responding. When contacted paytm, i was not able to reach them easily. So, i was cheated by rs 1690 either by vk enterprises or by paytm. I have uploaded a screenshot of paytm transaction detailing pament of one shot of 1690 and other in part of 1646 and 160. Nov 13, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved Dth Compare contacted me. The company acknowledged that double payment was done indeed. I have given my paytm number to transfer back the money. Afterward no response. upon contacting after dew days, he asked me to take back the complaint without even returning the money. SO the complaint not yet resolved. I also give my email. I fear, he may do more damage with my accounts. Kindly do the needful | |||

Sir maine 15/04/2020 ko transjuction kiya jiska abhi tak paisa mere portal me nahi aaya But costomer ke account se withdrwal ho gaya But wo paisa kahan gaya hai
On a call how to know any company or company rep specially claiming to represent amazon etc etc online maximum cheating only and government encourage them maximum.

I am asking to Md of VK Venture Pvt Ltd if you are not able to provide Bank of India Distributorship Services Why your teams collecting money? are you not keep controlled on them? otherwise you are already involve in this system .

Vijay Das was calling more than 100 time but now Mr vipul kedia vijay das pooja das etc they blocked my contact no. and they are refused to take my call.. therefore i registered here this complaint. i will provide whole comunication details of Vijay Das and Gajanan palve how can he speak with me and which kinds of word he use on calling ..
