Subject: Complaint Regarding Non-Issuance of Admit Cards and Forced Attendance After Pre-Boards
Respected Sir/Madam,
I am writing this complaint to formally bring to your notice an issue being faced by students of Class 12 Commerce of Vkv Nirjuli. After the completion of pre-board examinations, the school has not issued admit cards to students and is instead forcing them to attend regular classes until the admit cards are provided.
This practice has caused significant mental stress and anxiety among students, especially at a crucial academic stage when they should be focusing on self-study and final board examination preparation. Withholding admit cards despite students fulfilling academic requirements is unfair and creates unnecessary pressure.
Admit cards are essential documents required to appear for board examinations, and delaying their issuance without valid reasons puts students at risk. Moreover, forcing attendance as a condition for issuing admit cards is unjustified and against the interest of students’ well-being and academic focus.
I kindly request the concerned authority to look into this matter urgently and ensure that admit cards are issued to all eligible students without any coercion. Appropriate action may please be taken so that students can prepare for their examinations in a stress-free and supportive environment.
I shall be highly grateful for your prompt intervention in this matter.
Thanking you.
Yours sincerely,
Racho Dada
