I booked the journey from tiruchendur to chennai for the date Nov-5-2023 for 7 members.
VKV travels app showcased the bus with amenities like video, wifi. Same in the website
But the actual bus isn't having anything at all. It was totally disappointing.
Also cost of one UB SL was 1260/- which they selling by showcasing wrong details on their app i suppose.
I took same bus from chennai to tiruchendur which cost only around 900.
I need proper answer with the amt of 3000rs as the compensation.
