My name is Neha Gupta. I visited the VLCC GK 1 branch on 26 January 2025 for a hair spa. During my visit, the store managers Gulista and Sheetal persuaded me to try the Cool Trim treatment. They assured me that within 3–4 months I would lose massive inches and become slim. Based on their promises, I enrolled for the treatment for three months.
However, despite following the treatment, I did not lose even an inch. In fact, my health has worsened. When I consulted my doctor, I was informed that my ovaries have become stuck due to some heavy impact. This has caused me serious concern about the safety of VLCC’s treatments.
I raised a ticket with VLCC customer care, but no resolution was provided. No one contacted me to enquire about my issue, and the ticket was closed without addressing my grievance. This is unacceptable. VLCC is misleading customers with false promises and putting their health at risk.
I demand justice and a proper resolution to my complaint. I will not tolerate any tampering with human health, and I urge you to take strict action against such practices.
