On 4th Feb I placed an Order #1984513 but the order is still not dispatched from their end and it’s been 20 days . When I called the customer care to get updates they always say the same thing that you will get your order in 2 days . After all this hustle when I called them to cancel the order they said it will be cancelled in 1 hour and I’ll be the refund in 4-5 working days but the order is still not cancelled . They have taken the money while placing the order itself .

I have returned the defective product to Vlebazaar a month back but still i have not receive the refund for ₹5, 661.64. Order Id : # 1901983 dated[protected]:53:32. the product sent was defective and was not working so i have returned the product as directed by the Vlebazaar representative. But after the returning the product. no one has contacted me or refunded the amount. still no reply to the return request portal.

My Order Is Rto Delivered I Request My Order Redispacth But Not Redispacth

I orderd OPPO Enco Air 2 on 25/12/2022 and the price for it ₹1, 599.00 after discount having order id 1921387. They didn't delivered it so i cancelled my order, in cancellation their website didn't working so after many calls to customer support they cancelled it and updated order status on their website. Now they didn't refund amount till now even after many calls they usually say your refund will be initiated today or within 24 hrs.

This company is totally a scam on e commerce platform my order id is 1115241 placed in 2021 and till not received my refund.
We have to unite against this company and have to file a strong suit against this fraud compony...

I ordered a Moto G60 (Dynamic Gray, 128 GB) (6 GB RAM) on January 26, 2023.
The order number is #1973683.

Immediately after placing the order, I called the VLEBazaar team to cancel my order and requested a full refund because I saw very negative reviews about VLEBazaar. When I called, the team said that they will need 24 hours to process the order first, and only then will they cancel it. I waited for 24 hours and called them again to follow up. The team said that they have received the request for cancelation and will process it soon. I did not receive any email communication with a complaint ticket, therefore I followed up once again by phone call after 4 days asking them to cancel my order. This time, the person said they will cancel it that evening itself and promised that I will receive an email record as well as my refund after 7 working days. However, neither did I receive an email, nor was there any sign of refund. Therefore, I called them yet again today, 7th February, asking for an update. They repeated the same script stating that the order will be canceled 'today', and I will get a refund in 7 working days.

It is abundantly clear that despite multiple follow-up calls, neither has the VLEBazaar team canceled my order, nor have they delivered the mobile phone, nor have they chosen to provide any written documentation of my complaints. I also emailed them on their support email ID, [protected]@vlebazaar.in. However, I got an automated response stating that the mail could not get through. I also tried to cancel the order on their website, but it shows an error. I've attached screenshots of the error message on their website when I tried to cancel, as well as of the email communication which got rejected.

It is quite clear that the website is a fraudulent company. Kindly help me receive my refund from VLEBazaar.

They have not refunded my amount to my bank account, but have placed it in Wallet. I want my amount to be credited to my bank account

This is my second complain, first was for not supplying item, second is after cancelling my order they are not refund my money, its time more than one month...they are avoiding by given 'TARIKH PE TARIKH"

I have orderd 2 nos of boAt Rockerz 660 Bluetooth Over-Ear Headphone with Mic(Active Black) on 15.12.2022 {Order ID: #1905906, Date Added: 15/12/2022, Payment Method: Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking (Razorpay), Shipping Method: Flat Shipping Rate} and also make the payment while placing the above order. After several followups, the product was delivered to me on[protected] days after placed the order). The product sent to me - is not the same product which I have orderd on[protected]. I orderd boAt Rockerz 660 Bluetooth Over-Ear Headphone with Mic(Active Black) and I received boAt Rockerz 650 Bluetooth Over-Ear Headphone which is cheaper than the ordered product.

I called back to Vlebazaar customer care for return and total refund of the actual product value, because I am very much sure that Vlebazaar couldn't deliver the actual product i.e. 2 nos of boAt Rockerz 660 Bluetooth Over-Ear Headphone with Mic(Active Black) in near future or with in next 1 or 2 years.

Therefore, I want to return the wrong product and demanding the total paid amount in to my original payment method.

I have received the wrong version of the product (that is damaged and used) ordered form vlebaazar, 2 days ago Order return request had been sent to vlebaazar, there is no confirmation, no way to contact them no one picks up calls or replies.
I would like you to refund me on the original payment method i used to pay (gpay) and provide info on how to return the wrong product

I ordered for a router costing Rs 3599 having order id 1878977 on November 27 2022. I needed that urgently. They could not deliver this. I asked for refund. Till as of this date, they did not refund. I have raised a complain in #ConsumerForum. They asked to wait for 45 days. I do not know if I will ever get my refund or not.
If you call them on Monday or Tuesday they will say that they will refund by Friday and if you call on Friday or Saturday, they will say that I will get the refund on Monday. They will never refund. How in the era of #DigitalIndia we have such a fraud company making business just by fooling customers. Please do not trust anyone apart from branded sellers like Amazon and Flipcart. If anybody can help me getting my money refunded kindly help.

I have placed order of the captioned product on 01.01.2023 with Navy Blue colour, however they have delivered on 5.01.2023 with teal green colour and box was torn condition. Wrong item delivered. Also the item was used by someone else. Even after waiting for 1 hr and 10 mins on the customer care my call was not connected. There isbno option to return the item on website

I paid a deposit of Rs. 287/- by Razor Pay.

The reference number for my order was Order ID: #1623984.

I was expecting to take delivery of the item[protected], but at present I have still not received the goods. Failure to deliver within a reasonable time and after the agreed deadline is a breach under the Consumer Rights Act .
i suffered mental torture due to wait and processing of this order.

Time is now essential.
now i don't want to recieve the ordered item
I will expect a full refund.
i also want compensation for wasting my time and mental torture due to this useless website order process.
i want 100000/- as my compensation
