Sir/Madam...I have a ordered for purchage 1 Tb Hard drive on[protected] with paid payment, but VLE BAZZAR Have not dispatch my order till today..
I have contact on support many time, every time told me to wait 24 hour for dispatching order.
but No response has been given...
Now I want refund my paid ...
Plz help me...thanks

Order given on 14th dec 2022, yet the item not dispatched . Not able to cancel the item for refund . Got scammed by them . Generated Ticket on their website but not getting any ticket number nor getting any response on their contact number [protected]. Whenever I click on cancel order, fatal error page opens (attached screenshot) . I just want complete money paid directly to my original payment account.

On 15thDec22, I got the intimation on the courier being booked and today the courier status is - P/U Not Done - Incomplete Paperwork.

I had made purchase order for a pair of "Computer Speakers for Desktop - Model U213 Amazonbasics" as specimen given on the webpage (Order No. 1894037 dtd.[protected] but I received another product "Portable Stereo Speakers - Zing Beast" on[protected] which doesn`t suit my need. Emails sent for informing this mistake seeking rectification were not replied back. Then I contacted Customer Care over telephone. As per their advice I have returned the wrongly sent Portable Stereo Speakers today by Courier Service to the head office at Gurgaon, Haryana.

You may either send me the correct product as per the purchase order or refund my payment at the earliest thereby upholding your market
reputation.

My name is Falguni Mitra, I purchased a 'mrpho finger print scaner device' dated at 15/12/2022 at VleBazaar online shopping centre. Whos prepaid Rupees 2899/-, Dated 19/11/2022 I cancelled this product for my another problem, Money refunded at 'vle bazaar' wallet at dated 19/11/2022, but not refund my money original account, Manya timis call 'vle bazaar' customer care, They are saying same issue, early resolve this problem within 2 and 3...

I placed an order with their website on 16/12/2022 with Order ID: #1907794

Later, I wanted to change my decision and cancel the order but the website is showing no facility of cancellation of the order. My product hasn't been processed further yet but the company claims to dispatch it after 24 hours. Customer care is of no help and they tell lies that the order will be cancelled but they do not cancel the order at all.

Total fraudsters!!

I have ordered wireles FM set, but product received with no charging cable
When i spoke with help center, no proper reply.

My order ID is 1833739. I ordered a bluetooth wireless headphone on 31st October 2022 of worth Rs 1399. I received the acknowledgment of placement of the order. After a month also I didn't receive any status for the product of the order. So I called customer care and requested to fasten the process. Then the status became processing for few days. After one month also I didn't receive the product and the website is not allowed to cancel the order. If I do so, it is showing as fatal error. So I called customer care and requested to cancel the order. I didn't receive any mail the confirmation of canceling the order. So again I called customer care and ask about the status update in the website. I have been told to wait for 24 to 48 hours for the update in the website and also confirmation through mail. After 3-5 working days also I didn't receive any such mail. I called them again and asked about the order status, they were asking me that should I want to cancel ? showing that they didn't cancel the order from their side. I have asked why it is not update updated as cancelled though I requested cancel long back ago? Again I have been told 24 to 48 hours. I told them that I already waited for 3 to 5 working days and still I didn't receive any confirmation. I have been told again to wait for 24 to 48 hours. I asked already I waited so what should I want to do now? They are disconnecting the call every time when I ask that question. They were not responding properly please cancel my order give the confirmation of cancellation and refund it to me.

I have ordered smart watch on 10/08/2022, order number 1709353 and price Rs.2999. They did not delivered and refunded in their wallet on 10/09/2022. Since then, I had requested for refund to my original payment method but did not refund and always giving me endless refund dates over phone. I have all call records in this regard. I have order oneplus nord ce2 through vle bazar site on 30 nov 2022.
Still item is not dispatched. After that i had asked their customer care to cancel my order. They told me they cancelled and you will get order cancelled mail in evening.
This is been more than 11 days now, I still didn't got any response from them. Please help me from this fraud.

We have done payment but product not recieved

I morpho fingerprint scanner online shopping to vlebazaar dated 23/11/2022 order no. 1863056 till date 05/12/2022 not delivered.

My order id #1809937 for HP printer but i cancelled the order.

after that I requested them for refund ASAP, now its almost 60 days passed no refund at all. everyday they are assuring that my refund will be done in within 24hrs. but nothing happens.

After complaining here they credited the amount to wallet on their website. I placed new order for some of the amount. Same story they'll not dispatch and keep troubling, it's a fraud company and its a shame on India that these kind of online fraud companies are thriving and taking peoples money and running their day to day show. This is not going to help their families.

In another case I had compalined to CEN police station and even they don't help. Pity India.

I purchased an antivirus "MCAFEE TOTAL PROTECTION - 1 USER, 3 YEARS" from Vlebazaar on 13-OCT-2022, and after multiple followups, they provide me a key and guidelines to download and install the antivirus.
The provided key is incorrect and not working. After that, I followed the Vlebazaar team multiple times via Phone and email. On email, they are not responding and on phone each time they said: "They reported the issue to the concerned team".
Today is 24-NOV-2022 and still, the issue has not been resolved.

Could someone guide me on how to get a refund?

My amount was not yet returned so far even after the lapse of about 5 months inspite of their refund poicy for UPI a/c holders in 1 day from the date of cancellation. This Order was cancelled in July 2022. They have not delivered my ordered product in time and going on extending time. On cancellation they have not yet refunded my amount to my UPI a/c through which I have made payment.

Ordered canon g670 photo printer by paying 16, 899 on 30.10.2022. at the time of order the printer dispatched within 2-5 days. till today the printer is not dispatched. support team simply says the order is under processing.
requesting to cancel the order and refund the amount.

Ordered WD 2TB hard disk on sept 1st 2022. Waited till 26th September and then called customer care they suggested me to cancel the order, So they canceled it and initiated refund process scheduled by 05 October 2022.
After that I have called them many times till today and they are giving the reasons like 2 weeks, 1 weeks, 2 to 3 days and then 24hours.

on 9th November I called the, again and they said we are sending you the package and today 21st November I called and they are saying again wait for 1 week we are initiating refund.

Kindly help!

Vlebazaar — Refund - 1401656
I had placed an order for a Panasonic tab 8 HD tablet on 10.2.2022, which they said would be dispatched in 3-5 business days. As at 15.3.2022, the item was still not dispatched. Continuous followup with CC yielded no results and they kept assuring me that it will be dispatched in 24-48 hrs, which did not happen. They even at one time removed my login ID, either from my email or mobile #. It was then reinstated with a reason that it was a technical error. My phone calls after that to CC was cut off as soon as I gave them my order ID, which compelled me to cancel my order. As the cancel option too was not working, I got my order cancelled through the blog. As per policy, refund will be initiated in 7 business days, but they have given me a date that the amount will be refunded only in 5.6.2022. So much delay.
AFTER 2 COMPLAINTS THEY HAVE NOW REFUNDED THE AMOUNT BUT INTO THE VLEBAZAAR WALLET???AND NOT INTO MY BANK ACCOUNT. I WANTED A TOTAL REFUND INTO MY BANK ACCOUNT.
