I will ordered modernista maestro bar 20w Bluetooth sound bar but it will send me zebronics simple speakers. This company was fraud so no shopping on this company. Very cheap product delivered to customer.

Google pixel 5 black mobile compatible Bluetooth smart watch was ordered on 17/05/2022, the product delivered was a faulty one. According a return request and refund for the same has been placed on 23.05.2022. Till now the refund has not been done even after a lapse of more than 90 days. It's high time now, the no company will take this much time for refund for such items. It is requested that an expeditious action may please be taken.

I have delivered a airbuds in vlebazar online website and I paid my money using it . They didn't provide a delivery date and information about it . Iam extremely disappointed this website . They simply collect the money and didn't give us the product. And the customer service is the worst service in that company they give us the false details about the product. Actually I called 5 to 6 members they are repeatedly said the same answer only...

Placed and paid an order for printer from vlebazaar.in in Dec 2021 and they didn't shipped and requested for refund. Several times called and till now they didn't refunded. They are not genuine. How I can get my money back?

Order no. 1549129. I had ordered Nokia 2.1 from Vlebazaar, and paid Rs. 3999/- six months ago, but the item was not sent. I have already called them reapeatedly to refund the amount. Now they have refunded the amount to their own wallet which I cannot use. I have already called them so many times and asked them to transfer the amount from the wallet to the original mode of the payment. They always say that that would be done next day . But...

Hi this is regarding my Order Id : 1666173 Dt. 11.07.2022

The product was never shipped, when i called the customer care multipole time they canceled the order for which refund is still not provided daily the customer care person will tell it will be credited by today 7:00 PM but noting gets credited its the same story daily.

Previously also i ordered with Order Id :#1568630 Dt: 15.05.2022 which the never delivered any canceled my ordered after follow up the refunded in there website Wallet which was useless as they again did the same.

I ordered a Crucial NVME ssd 1 TB og worth 5, 499 rs which I paid through my google pay to their razorpay channel with transaction ID K364t0DEzoGsko and order number 1706244 on 8th August 2022 and they told me that it will be delivered by 13th August but I never got any product on that date, I contacted the Customer care and they told me that it was rescheduled and my product will be delivered by wednesday 17th august. Still I recieved no product no delivery was done and no one pick up my call on customer care too. I want my money back. You people are fraud and running this scam to con people and to loot their hard earned money.

It is now 45+ days that they are not returning my money.
Return my money at earliest.

I had made an order from VLEBAZAAR on 14 August, 2022 with respect to order ID #1714049...and also paid through Airtel money online with an amount of Rs.2199...but I tried to cancel the order and made to refund...but this VLEBAZAAR sites doesn't work and gives a huge inconvenience to the customer, customer service also doesn't response ... making a numerous call but they didn't pick up...so I wish you may help me as soon as possible that I want to refund my money

Order no 1595909. I received a used product with missing accessories which was taken back after 3 weeks of struggle. On contacted for refund I understood that they will take ~90 days to refund to original payment mode. But after 3 months they sent the money to wallet rather than sending to my cc. I again made several phone calls and raised tickets. But no positive response from them. Looks like I have to file a complaint from my credit card company. Because Razorpay also supporting this frauds only.

Ordered a tab 8 from vlebazaar, order id 1401656, on payment of inr 7999 on 10.02.2022. The product was not delivered inspite of frequent followups. I tried to cancel my order but the app did not allow cancellation. Subsequently, was able to cancel on 15.03.2022 by constant followup through a cc executive. Though the policy said 7-10 days for refund, the msg i got was the amount will be refunded on 5.6.2022. Inspite of my constant followups they have not refunded the amount as on date.

I had ordered an Ambrane Power bank with fast charging in July 2022. I received after multiple follow up for late delivery, Syska power bank normal charging. The worst part is Syska powe bank isn't working at all. I complained immediately but kept getting ticket numbers only. my order number is 1660777.
I'm fed up with this company and am ready to file consumer court complaint.

Dear Sir,
I have placed a printer cartridge order on dated 20/May/2022, but after 10-15 days Vlebazaar customer care told me that they can't have the product, so i decided to cancel my order and claim for my money refund.
Again Vlebazaar customer care told me that as per company policy my money refund after 90 days. I agree for this and 02/Aug./2022 date is given to me for my refund.
Now i am continuously call to Vlebazaar customer care to refund my money, but till date i have not received my refund.
My order no. with Vlebazaar is 1580309.

Request to please look into this matter and help to refund my money back.
