I ordered the cell phone last 15.08.2022. My order No. 1715819 . But till today I have not received the delivery. I want delivery immediately. If not, money back

Hi this is regarding my Order Id : 1666173 Dt. 11.07.2022

The product was never shipped, when i called the customer care multipole time they canceled the order for which refund is still not provided daily the customer care person will tell it will be credited by today 7:00 PM but noting gets credited its the same story daily.

Previously also i ordered with Order Id :#1568630 Dt: 15.05.2022 which the never delivered any canceled my ordered after follow up the refunded in there website Wallet which was useless as they again did the same.

Customer ID 1534229 I didn't get my refund I need my refund fastly other wise I will go to consumer court

I ordered a Crucial NVME ssd 1 TB og worth 5, 499 rs which I paid through my google pay to their razorpay channel with transaction ID K364t0DEzoGsko and order number 1706244 on 8th August 2022 and they told me that it will be delivered by 13th August but I never got any product on that date, I contacted the Customer care and they told me that it was rescheduled and my product will be delivered by wednesday 17th august. Still I recieved no product no delivery was done and no one pick up my call on customer care too. I want my money back. You people are fraud and running this scam to con people and to loot their hard earned money.

After multiple follow up, I am not getting my refund for order id 1652140.
The company provided me a deadline of 12th august, still no action from their end.
It is now 45+ days that they are not returning my money.
Return my money at earliest.

I had made an order from VLEBAZAAR on 14 August, 2022 with respect to order ID #1714049...and also paid through Airtel money online with an amount of Rs.2199...but I tried to cancel the order and made to refund...but this VLEBAZAAR sites doesn't work and gives a huge inconvenience to the customer, customer service also doesn't response ... making a numerous call but they didn't pick up...so I wish you may help me as soon as possible that I want to refund my money

Order no 1595909. I received a used product with missing accessories which was taken back after 3 weeks of struggle. On contacted for refund I understood that they will take ~90 days to refund to original payment mode. But after 3 months they sent the money to wallet rather than sending to my cc. I again made several phone calls and raised tickets. But no positive response from them. Looks like I have to file a complaint from my credit card company. Because Razorpay also supporting this frauds only.

I had order Beetel F3-LTE-4G Fixed Line Wireless Phone with Hotspot Facility from vlebazaar at 19th May 2020 i paid Rs.3449 through razor pay. i received that product not working condition .so i request to replace the same product or refund .i return that product on 03 june2022.i received message from vlebazaar

Ordered a tab 8 from vlebazaar, order id 1401656, on payment of inr 7999 on 10.02.2022. The product was not delivered inspite of frequent followups. I tried to cancel my order but the app did not allow cancellation. Subsequently, was able to cancel on 15.03.2022 by constant followup through a cc executive. Though the policy said 7-10 days for refund, the msg i got was the amount will be refunded on 5.6.2022. Inspite of my constant followups they have not refunded the amount as on date.

On 2nd aug, 2022 i have ordered JBL t110 earphone and i have received fully damaged and used product . So I wanted to return or replace my order. But there was no any response from the company and there customer support have also not picking up the call

I had ordered an Ambrane Power bank with fast charging in July 2022. I received after multiple follow up for late delivery, Syska power bank normal charging. The worst part is Syska powe bank isn't working at all. I complained immediately but kept getting ticket numbers only. my order number is 1660777.
I'm fed up with this company and am ready to file consumer court complaint.

I have placed a printer cartridge order on dated 20/May/2022, but after 10-15 days Vlebazaar customer care told me that they can't have the product, so i decided to cancel my order and claim for my money refund.
Again Vlebazaar customer care told me that as per company policy my money refund after 90 days. I agree for this and 02/Aug./2022 date is given to me for my refund.
Now i am continuously call to Vlebazaar customer care to refund my money, but till date i have not received my refund.
My order no. with Vlebazaar is 1580309.

Request to please look into this matter and help to refund my money back.

I have received an used and damaged product. I have enquired about the same when i confirmed my order and i was told that it is a new one. But it is an used one and it is damaged at places. Even the ear buds is replaced with skullcandy ear buds. The packaging also looks old and used. Inner cover was torn, and u could smell some oil which was used to clean the headset so as make it look like a new one. Totally disappointed with the delivered item. When i tried to convey the same to the customer care, they hung up my call. After many attempts they attended the call and assured that i will receive a new product. But same thing happened the second time. i got the replacement product which is also a used and damaged one. The height of scam in this is, i ordered cx 275s model, but i got used and damaged cx 180 model inside cx 275s box.

I ordered two products JBL infinity Neckband(Orderid#1618505) & Zebronics wireless mouse (Orderid#1618458) from VleBazaar on 12-Jun-22, I received the products in 2 days’ time had no issue with the delivery time.
But when I opened the boxes, I found both the products defective. below are the details of the issues:
1. Infinity Glide Bluetooth neckband (orderid# 1618505): it's not switching on, I thought that there was no battery so I thought of charging it, but there was no cable in the box. I tried using my other mini USB cable to charge it but it's not charging, tried a couple of chargers, but failed to see any charging light. So, to conclude the item is defective.
other observations with the order:
The Box looked old, like it was already opened, there were no spare buds, no cable, no usage guide either. So, in total I can say that either this item is fake or your seller has sent a defective and incomplete order.
2. Zebronics-Zeb Dazzle Wireless Optical Mouse with Nano Receiver (Black): this item is also found defective.
I placed the return requests on 14-Jun-22 with return Id as 18696, 18694 but till today while writing this complaint no one has picked up the defective products for replacement or refund.
Tried calling their customer care multiple time but I was given false commitment that my products will be picked up and problem will be resolved.
I want to report that this VLEBAZAAR is a fraud company, founded to cheat consumers. All relevant authorities kindly take necessary action against them so that no consumer loses their hard-earned money

I have ordered epson L6190Wi Fi Printer on 10/03/2022. order no. 1463057. But you could not deliver the material due to it not available in stock. And after 3 month, you did refund money to wallet on 04/07/20222. But since that date, I daily called to your executive to refund money to my account and your executive replied that amount will transfer to account within 24 hours.But till today, fund is not transfer to my account as soon as possible. The update order copy is attached herewith for your kind necessary action.

I haven't received the refund against above order I'd no. Pls look into this.
