Sir, I order a Canon Pixma G3000 Ink tank Multifunction Color Wi-Fi Printer on 23/07/22. payment amount is 11999/- by credit card. but not dispatch till now. a track no send me and their link is Order Tracking No:[protected]

I have received an used and damaged product. I have enquired about the same when i confirmed my order and i was told that it is a new one. But it is an used one and it is damaged at places. Even the ear buds is replaced with skullcandy ear buds. The packaging also looks old and used. Inner cover was torn, and u could smell some oil which was used to clean the headset so as make it look like a new one. Totally disappointed with the delivered item. When i tried to convey the same to the customer care, they hung up my call. After many attempts they attended the call and assured that i will receive a new product. But same thing happened the second time. i got the replacement product which is also a used and damaged one. The height of scam in this is, i ordered cx 275s model, but i got used and damaged cx 180 model inside cx 275s box.

I ordered two products JBL infinity Neckband(Orderid#1618505) & Zebronics wireless mouse (Orderid#1618458) from VleBazaar on 12-Jun-22, I received the products in 2 days’ time had no issue with the delivery time.
But when I opened the boxes, I found both the products defective. below are the details of the issues:
1. Infinity Glide Bluetooth neckband (orderid# 1618505): it's not switching on, I thought that there was no battery so I thought of charging it, but there was no cable in the box. I tried using my other mini USB cable to charge it but it's not charging, tried a couple of chargers, but failed to see any charging light. So, to conclude the item is defective.
other observations with the order:
The Box looked old, like it was already opened, there were no spare buds, no cable, no usage guide either. So, in total I can say that either this item is fake or your seller has sent a defective and incomplete order.
2. Zebronics-Zeb Dazzle Wireless Optical Mouse with Nano Receiver (Black): this item is also found defective.
I placed the return requests on 14-Jun-22 with return Id as 18696, 18694 but till today while writing this complaint no one has picked up the defective products for replacement or refund.
Tried calling their customer care multiple time but I was given false commitment that my products will be picked up and problem will be resolved.
I want to report that this VLEBAZAAR is a fraud company, founded to cheat consumers. All relevant authorities kindly take necessary action against them so that no consumer loses their hard-earned money

I purchased a Beetel Cordless landline from VLE Bazaar on the 18th of July but the item is still not shipped. They are changing the courier and cancelling the pickup on a daily basis. They are not responding to WhatsApp messages or support tickets. So I called them up, and the representative just promised that item is already shipped but it is not shipped actually. They are not even cancelling the order. Please help me to cancel the order and get my money back ASAP.

I have placed the order for Harry potter Box Set at Rs. 1, 270 with Order ID No.: 1651588. It was prepaid order and which was cancelled by me on 8th July 2022 due to failure to give order on time. Till date i have not received any refund.

Every time i am getting the same response that, within 2-3 days you will get your refund. but unfortunetely in havenot received any refund till date.

Its been a very harrowing experience with Vlebazaar to get my order dispatched to me although it is a Pre- Paid Order. I have been contacting Vlebazaar customer care ([protected]) since last 3 days with only promises from their executives. Lastly, It was told to me yesterday[protected] that my order will be dispatched in the evening and to my surprise it was published that "Customer has cancelled the pick-up" when i saw the tracking order in the night.

I am calling them since morning 9 AM up to 11:45 AM today with no proper updates.

I purchased brother printer on 12/04/22.they sold used printer to me.that's why i returned that product.till date i didn't get any refund.they try to cheat me.

I had purchased HP Deskjet printer 2 months back, VLE bazaar was not able to deliver the product. I asked for refund, every time I call the call center they it'll happen 4-5 days & it's been a month I have not received my refund. This portal seems to be cheating & harassing thier customers as there is no escalation chain as ones is only speaking to the 1st level who are not helping at all. I feel some government organization should raise a complaint against this portal & take necessary action. Please help in getting back my money.

I ordered gamepad and box was broken and dongle was missing without which gamepad was of no use and they are not responding to my calls now. No return or no refund.

I ordered a printer from VLE bazaar on 2nd May costing 11988.00 and I received it on 10th May, the printer I received is a used one, its ink tanks are clogged and it is really e-waste. I raised a return and refund request on the same day, but they only started the return pickup process after May 19 after contacting customer care. It was picked up by courier people on 31st May. The returned item reached the VLE bazaar on 6th June but when I contacted a customer care executive on 10th June I did not see any update on my refund process. Contacted customer care executive on 10th June and initiated refund process same day. The amount has not been credited to my account yet.

Now if i give them product they would not send money according to other reviews this has happened same with others they wont gove you money plz sir look at this fraud site who is fooling peoples like this way hope u can take actions we respect our police and our country that they will look after
