I have complainted over the phone no proper response, and also send email to the company.

Vle Bazaar Private Limited's Corporate Identification Number is (CIN) U72300DL2015PTC277604 and its registration number is 277604.

Ordered a royal enfield helmet. Order ID 1583560 on 22nd may 2022. Paid while ordering using my credit card. Waited for 2 weeks. The support team even ensured that they will be shipping in 4-5days. And one fine morning, I get an email that the order is canceled. No reason, no refund, nothing..

I want to know when I can have my refund.

Received the order on 1-6-22 afternoon. As soon as I received, to my shock it was duplicate batteries which is also damaged and some used old battery.

I am completely disappointed with their customer service helpline where they just disconnect the call when I say I got damaged product. I tried 5 more times calling them to complaint but they just cut the call or will put on hold which will never resume.

I also opened a support ticket in their site (61170) just after receiving the order but I did not get any response since 6days.

I also came to know from google search that this Vlebazaar is famous with this kinds of cheating and I am just another victim. I would not even wish for a replacement. I just need my money back and then let them take their useless product back that's all.

I purchased a BenQ 54.6 (21.5-inch) LED Monitor for Rs. 6849 on the date of 19/12/2022 from VLE Bazaar. but they delivered a Brocken Acer LED monitor. I returned that monitor by delivery courier on the 14th of January. I still have not gotten my money back.

Very very High impacting issue is that customer executive misbehaving with customer and miscommunication Every time about the delivery the product. Last one month they are not resolving the issue and deliver product as well as they not taking any answer to refund the balance.

I have ordered one HP 5810 printer online on VLEBazaar through razorpay debited amount of Rs.9, 999.00 on 20.02.2022. The company has promised for delivery in 2-3 working days. But after one week i have not got the delivery and contacted through given no. it was told to me that further 4 days more required for them to deliver that product. I was in hurry and canceled my product through call and the person that within a week i will get the refund. But, now more than 3 months have passed and company ' s officials picking the phone and everyday they lied that I'll get the refund today. I want my hardearned money in my account soon since i think the company is a fraudster. Kindly help me with it.

I have purchased the " Lenovo 600 Bluetooth 5.0 Silent Mouse: Compact, Portable, Dongle-Free Multi-Device connectivity" by Order ID 1537018 from Vlebazzar.in website online and Fully paid the Rs. 1, 115/- for the product on 24/04/2022.

I have received the delivery on Dated 4th May 2022 but wrong product "Lenovo 530 Wireles Mouse" which cost on Reliance Digital Rs. 749/-.

I have raised the return request on same day 4th May 2022 on Vlebazzar online but till date no one come to collect that wrong delivery.

I communicated to Vlebazzar customer care representative three time but every time they give false commitment that our person will collect the wrong delivery with in 3-4 days but till date no one come to collect. customer care representative told me that we will give money back or resend your product after collection of product.

I am fad up with call to customer call by every week.

Please help for collect my money back.

I have ordered Wireless Mouse from VleBazaar and the item which i received was defected and wireless USB was also missing. Cell Back Pannel is also missing.

As above order HP Printer order on 16.5.22 and also paid full payment through GPay account. Till date your are not any respond for me really am very fed-up.

I have ordered 'MI portable tyre inflator' on 11th May 2022 for my Ladakh trip commencing on 20th May 2022. But the seller did not shipped the order till now, i.e, 19th May 2022. So I decided to cancel my order going to website but it is not allowing my cancellation. It is showing some errors every time I try to cancel it. Please help me with this issue. I don't want this product anymore as my travelling time is tomorrow that even if they ship today, it wont reach my destination within a day.

Dear Sir,

I mistakenly ordered purchase in a fraude site today and by a friend got to know that it is a fraud Indian shopping site (vle bazaar). This site doesn't have any cancel or refund option and no customer care receiving calls.
I am requesting you to please help me get my money back from this fraud. amount is Rs. 2200/-. Iam going to make police fir complaint against fraud vlebazaar and razorpay if no refund within a week.

This is my 2nd complaint hoping it will be addressed since the last one was resolved. I prepaid for one dell 45 adapter charger cord included on 30th last month. After 11 days of harassing experience, i got wrong product delivered to me. They sent me a secondhand 65W adapter charger with cord. now im through with this company and i need my full refund ASAP. thanks.
