Refund related issue

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have ordered computer printer on 15/2/22, order number 1411533 and price Rs.11499. They did not delivered. i had requested for refund but did not refund and did not answer the email, phone. Kindly help me to refund the amount. their address and contact number is below.

It is submitted that I have placed order for HP cartridge 680 combo pack worth Rs 1242 vide order number 1425975 on 21 February 2022. Inspite of lapse of almost three weeks the order has not been delivered. I have approached customer support many times but so far I have not received any response from Vlebazaar. I have even requested for cancellation my order and refund but same was of no use. I would advise other customers to not buy anything from Vlebazaar as it seems to be highly unreliable. Thank you

    Order id- 1395351, 1 month ago, i ordered a book but it automatically canceled and refund has not received yet. When I call on its complaint no., it tells that refund amount will receive next day, but next day have never come yet

      I had returned the faulty product for 1 month they didn't refund and now they have again sent a faulty product and there is no customer support response. Please refund my money and take back your faulty product.

          I have placed an order for Colour Printer with VLE Bazaar. They delayed for delivery the products. After a long attempts with the VLEbazaar, they sent the products. When I opened the parcel, I shocked. Because they sent already used products. The box not containing user manual and warrant card and also Ink in the ink tanker is available only 50% of the total capacity. Immediately I contacted the customer care phone No.[protected], after heard my problems they disconnect my phone call. If they resolve my problems I will take legal action againt them.

                  I have ordered TP Link AX1500 Wifi router on 11th Feb 2022. In website it was written that by 16th Feb i would receive my product but there was no response from them then later on 21st i have called the customer care number which is [protected] and they said that product will be delivered in next 3 days and today i.e 28/02/2022 and now no one is answering the call and i have been scammed by vlebazaar very badly. My amount is of Rs.4024.01/-. Kindly help me out in the refund at the earliest

                      Thanks for your support, after a month of regular follow ups & your support, i received my money back ... but the VLEBAZAAR.IN's CRM is so much pathetic they must have to improve there system .. Thanks once agian

                        I order oppo enco w31 earbuds from the website . I paid ₹2499 for the same. First there was delay in delivery of product and then when i received the product the earbuds were missing. I raised a complaint with vle bazar for the same they initiated a return and told me the money will be refunded within 10 days. Even after 10 days and numerous call to their customer care I haven't received my money back. I even raised a ticket and also mailed them but to no positive response.

                          I had order a MI camera from VLE Bazaar and did not receive the product for a month. After several follow ups i cancelled my order and asked them for refund but its been 4 months till date and i still haven’t got my refund.

                              Dear sir,
                              i bought BenQ 54.6 (21.5-inch) LED Backlit Computer Monitor, Full HD, Borderless, IPS Monitor, Brightness Intelligence Technology from vle bazaar.

                              i received product on 24.12.2022 .the product is not benq it is acer with broken display. so i have filled return complaint on next day for refund. the product was taken by delhivery company on 18th jan 2022

                              Still today i am not getting my money back. every day i am calling them and they are only giving dates .

                              we request you to solve this issue, and do the needful.

                                I returned the product by their courier service it been 1 month i still never received my payment...rs 999 ...will they pay or else i need to file a complaint on consumer court and then they pay the fine amount that i ask ... resolve it soon

                                      Hi I ordered one realme 7 pro mobile on vlebazaar on 21st jan 2022 and I won't get the mobile on their given time, I called in their customer care they just extended the time and after so much extension by them continuously, I cancelled my order on 7 Feb 2022 and they told my refund is in progress and I will get back my money in 3 to 4 days and after 4 days I called them and they told me it will come to me by 13 Feb 2022 but now it's 16 Feb and I have not got back my money of amount 19999.
                                      I told many customer care service person to let me talk to their manager and head but they are all not responding, this is total fraud.
