I order a tik watch of rs 19, 500 in oct 2022, they don't deliver product in 2 month i Canceled the order and ask for refund they give it on wallet didn't give it to my account till date please. I want refund as soon as possible.

With reference to my order ID: #2803633, can you please let me know as to when my order will be shipped from your side?

I ordered keyboard and online payment completed but not getting order.please solve this matter

A) Ordered 45 days ago, still Vlebazaar Team has not dispatched the ordered item.

B) So i have asked them to cancel this order and refund prepaid amount of Rs.699 to me.

without taking any action their standard reply is that wait for 7 days & afer 7 days again they reply to wait 7 days.

I have placed the order on 07/12/23 with order ID: 2673421 by paying ₹1799.

I have made repeated enquiries regarding the delay. Every time a ticket is raised and I get some lame excuses. I tried to cancel the order, which I am unable to do.
They have not replied to my last mail sent a week back

I had ordered a QHTS anti virous on 4th Oct. 2023, My transection ID : E2310043WXN6QR and my order No: 2548395. this order was not delivered.
I repeated contact to customer service, they replied that it will be delivered on next day. i have 5-6 times contact to them and result the same.

I want to that my order will be canceled immediately and refund action soon.

I placed my order on 2nd Dec 2023, it has been 10 days since I placed my order. Didn't got any updates till now. I called customer care and I was told that my order will be shipped on Thursday on 7th Dec 2023. Again I called on Saturday and I was rold my order will surely be dispatched by Monday. But no updates till now. Extremely dissapointed with your service. Never got proper update on my orders and always received wrong product. I want an update within 24 hrs. If you cannot provide the item and it is out of stock in warehouse, you should not have shown it in website. Its a clear case of Fake claims. Never got any proper service from your company's end. Will i get my order next year ??. Aldready 30 days has passed since i placed my order. Whenever I ask you when it will be shipped you make up something and say a day and oviously it doesn't get shipped by then. Will i get my product next year ??

My order# 2717435, Invoice# INV[protected]. I Ordered Fujifilm instax mini 11 instant camera (blush pink) happiness box with 40 shots for Rs 4999 from Vlebazaar.in on 18th Dec. Till now they not mentioning when will i receive the product. I send multiple email to cancel and refund my money. They are not responding on the email.

Also i request to block the site so that no one will loose money and get into trouble. My sincere request to close or block the vlebazaar immediately. As we see lots of complaints and feedback in other forums and i also facing this issue.

Order 2647347 (HP Printer cartridge) dated 30-Nov-23 was cancelled on 5-Dec-23 due to delay in dispatch by the company. I was informed that refund will be credited to my card latest by 18th Dec'23 but till date I have not received the credit.

I had ordered mobile on 27th nov, but still not received. I try to contact support team but no response. Kindly cancel the order and refund the amount. Mobile order id - 2640406.

CustomerCare call also even after being in waiting list for 30-40 mins after it reaches waitinglist 1, it says all executives are busy and the call will get purposefully dropped. Till now I tried for around 50 times. I hardly gets connected to executive and they says that order will get executed within 24 hours and they will drop the call and again no response.

I placed the order on 23rd December 2023, Then contacted them regarding dispatch. They told that they will dispatch on 26th December 2023. But they didn't. Again when contacted them on 29th December they told that they will dispatch it on 1st January. So I cancelled the order. But till now it's not updated on their website. I need my money back. I have ordered the product on 18th Dec 2023, Details of my order is as below- Name of Product : Zebronics U1200 UPS, Capacity: 1 kVA Model : U1200 Order ID is 2717552 After a few minutes I requested cancellation of the said product on the VLE Bazaar Website. After that I received an email that the product has been canceled. On next day i.e. on 19 Dec2023 I received an email and sms that your product has been despatched, after seeing this I tried to call on there customer care /support number [protected] 3-4 time but couldn't talk with Customer Care Executive as their support number disconnects after 10-12 minutes, then I lodged a complaint ticket on their Help Center Section and lodge a complaint for this issue with a Ticket No. 70004 and Ticket Tracking ID : US4-XLY-2PN8 and waited for their reply. They did not replied for 2 days, They replied on 21 Dec and Looking at his response I wondered whether I should laugh at it or feel sorry for it as they replied that we have despatched your order with tracking ID, Whereas I complained about why my canceled product was dispatched. And yesterday When I received the product, I thought if the quality of the product is good then I will keep it, but I noticed that product packing was 3 year old and When I tried to turn on the product, it did not turn on because the battery of the product was at least 3 years old before it could be started. Then I requested for return of the product on their website, ther is only one option available i.e. Replacement So I am requesting National consumer helpline team kindly look into in this matter and arrange cancellation and refund of my amount from the company. Even Invoice copy has not been provided.

I had ordered charger from this fraud company which is operting openly, neither they have delivered nor refund, no contact/ email support is working, total scam, need the refund

I placed an order on 4th Nov 2023 and since then they are only playing with me, nor they are dispatching the item nor they are refunding me my money.

Called Customer care multiple times only to get fake commitments and asking me to wait for than 20 days for a refund.

Now, today it's 23rd Dec 2023, more than 50 days and now they are not responding via emails nor they are picking up my calls. Even once a customer guy picked up and after asking my order ID, simply hanged up.

I NEED MY MONEY. THIS IS A SCAM.

I have purchased one product last year. Due to some reason, its not working properly. So I just informed to Vlebazaar support team and they also accepted my query and claimed warranty replacement.

I just return back the product to the seller. Here I created one support ticket 2 month before. First i got few responses. After that they didn't responded back. Even i don't know about the status. So I expect some good response . Kindly do the needful.

ORDERED FROM VLEBAZAAR boat sound bar, on 3 rd dec 2023 payment done that time only
I got email stating your product is processing and will get shipment details once processed, after 1 week I checked back the order is still processing, i got doubt about this site and checked online found so many complaints and duplicate products also delivered, So basically a fraud company, I think they should be stopped by google, also should file a police complaint against owners of this company and get them arrested as they are having data of customes also which can be misused
I have raised a complaint for refund on their customer care and there is no reply from their website and there customer care number never picks up just keep other person waiting and then got disconnected, first thing is they should be removed from google so that they will not cheat more people and then their owners should be caught and behind bar, otherwise they start another scam

Order id #2590670. it's been more than 2 months. every time I have been informed that item will be dispatch in 2 days, but nothing happened.

My order was canceled (ID 2548580) on 30 October.

It was a order placed on 4th October 2023.

After repeated reminders the company is not refunding my money.

Will be forced to go to police on 21 November 2023.

I ordered for a NOKIA Phone on 05/11/2023 and got Order Number2621147. Full payment was made through Citibank. I sent a reminder on 11/11/2023 reminding your company that I have not received any information about dispatch of the article, to which I did not received a reply from your office.

I tried calling your call center and wasted 30mins of my time without any responding. This is utter indiscipline, arrogance and insensitivity on the part of your company. I am beginning to think you are 'SCAMSTERS'. Your company should have taken the responsibility to get back to me if you were unable to procure the Phone.
