I had ordered cosmic byte mechanical keyboard, but I received ant eSports mechanical keyboard. Also some keys in this keyboard were not working and there was no RGB light in this keys. I asked for return and refund. They have taken there product but not refunded my money. Please refund my money.

Orderd for a mobilephone on July 29th, 2023 as birthday gift for my mother. Due to one week delay I cancelled my order and ask for a refund. They put my money in their wallet for the last 3 months.They are asking for me to purchase from their wallet. Tried to call the customercare a hundred times and submitted lots of complaints with no use.My account number is [protected]. IFSC CODE is SBIN0070433. It's my hard earned money. Please do something to release my money into my account. I don't want any product from their wallet. They are forcing me to purchase from the wallet.Please make arrangements yo give me back my money into my account.

I placed order for MI digital box on Sept 09, 2023 paid online 3, 999 with debit card. I received email, that my order is ready to dispatch but it never got dispatched. I called them several times and every time they said your order will be dispatched by next week surely.

After wating about 4 weeks, I asked them to cancel my order and refund my money back to my bank account.
They said it takes 3 weeks to process refund and cancelled order. After 3 weeks I followed up for the same and they said it will be refunded in another 3-4 days to your bank account. Now I see they refunded 3, 999 to Vele bazaar wallet insteed of my bank account. I again called them and also generated ticket to refund money to my bank account and the person said we will do it in 2-3 days. After a week today I received there reply that ticket status has been changed to Resolved and nothing mentioned about refundind money. The money is still sitting in Vele bazaar wallet.

Pelase help me to retrieve my money back to my bank account. This company is purely FRAUD.

But the refund request has been accepted by VLE Bazaar side, Mr Abhisheik Singh and refund schedule has been fixed on or before 30/10/2023.

Still the refund status was kept under pending from your side and there is no communication after returning the above item to your store Pl.

But the call was not fruitful. Once again it is requested to refund immediately Pl.

My order I'd 2597815 pathetic brand they are fraud they delivered the wrong product and now they are not picking up and not returning my money back no after sale service matters to them it's been more then 8days I am after there customer care no no solution provided yet, I am fed up now.

I ordered computer motherboard from Vlebazaar on 13th Oct, payment made via GPay and its now 3 weeks now still product is not dispatched.
I call the customer care daily, after so much waiting finally someone picks up and says "they will inform warehouse team and it will be dispatched next day". This is what they say almost every time I call.
There is no proper reply to emails or support tickets also.
I see the order page, it shows still PROCESSING and I tried to cancel it also but seems not happening or the website is struck/fake webpage. Did not get any cancellation email or confirmation.
Paid 7399 for this and its total loss for my, no product, money gone, no response and the customer for whom i order this also not paying as product not arrived.

I have ordered on 19th Oct 23 and received the product on 21st Oct but surprised to see used products with full of scratches on everywhere without box. Rahul Rana name is engraved in the back of calculator.

I immediately submitted return/replacement request on 21st Oct but no response, return status is showing active.

Customer care number keeps waiting for 20 mins than disconnect saying busy. Tried multiple times on many days.

Submitted Service request as well as sent mail to support email id but no response.

I feel cheated as I am not getting any response by any medium.

Look it's been more than 10 days. I ordered the ipad cover. But every day morning receiving the message as the order is packed. I complaint about this. But still no reply. Iff they are not delivering the orde atleast they can refund by money. Fraud website. I was fooled by them

I Placed an order for Lego MINDSTORMS EV3 31313 on Vlebazaar.in on 03/10/23 for Rs 22, 339/-. Order id #2545597. The order must have been dispatched between 06/10/23 to 08/10/23. I tried to cancel the order on the website but I was getting repeated error messages. I tried to raise a support ticket regarding this, but the support ticket has not received any response. Finally, I contacted the call center on 10/10/23 to request for order cancellation. The call center executive tried to convince me to wait for 24 hours. He said the item will be dispatched by then. If not, he will cancel and refund the order. on his request, I waited till 11/10/23. Seeing that the order is still not dispatched, I called their customer care number and asked them to cancel and refund my payment. They said that the cancelation will be processed within 24 hours, and I will receive a refund. Till now, the order is not cancelled, and I haven't received any notification from the company, nor have I received the refund.
