Dear Team,
I am writing this email to express my disappointment regarding the extremely poor experience I had at your store after purchasing goods worth ₹4, 500. Despite expecting good service, I faced multiple issues that caused inconvenience and frustration.
Firstly, I noticed that your staff seem to be more focused on taking feedback from customers with bills above ₹3, 000, rather than ensuring proper handling of the purchased items. The clothes I bought were not folded properly, and to make things worse, security tags were left on three items. This clearly shows carelessness and a lack of attention from the staff.
Because of this negligence, I now have to visit the store again, which means spending additional time, fuel, and even parking charges — all for an issue caused by your team. This is unacceptable and has caused me unnecessary trouble.
Please take this matter seriously and ensure such incidents do not happen again. I request you to look into the behaviour and training of the staff involved.
