I have ordered Bose soundlink mini on 12 sep 2016 from Vnaaz online portal and I received the item on 16 sep 2016 but the product is duplicate not the original bose and it is defective product. I called many times to the customer care but there is no response from them. And one more point is they have not provided the cashback also. If I want to track the product through order no it is showing invalid order in the tracking portal. Can any one please take the action on this kind of online portals for providing fake products.

hi i just got a call from the company for refunding my money and asking me to submit all the details of my ATM CARD including secret numbers

what is this nonsense
how can these VNAAZ can do fraud acts

please dont think that you can CHEAT all the customers..

BUSINESS should be done in a genuine way not this type of fraud and adultery way ..

if you dont pay my money back ...

Same here i also ordered for BOSE but the fake and fraud product that i received, , i want to know how to get my money bank
it is such a NONSENSE AND USELESS product
